★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é uma bagunça, tem caixa pra todo lado, chocolates e roupas no chão. Atendimento nos celulares não existe, sempre esta vazio e falta funcionarios. A mesma pessoa que atende nos celulares é a mesma que fica no caixa e a mesma que repoem a mercadoria. Fiquei 18 minutos na fila do caixa sendo que tinha um funcionario no caixa e 4 repondo mercadorias.
 The place is a mess, there's box everywhere, chocolates and clothes on the floor. Attendance on cell phones does not exist, it is always empty and it lacks functionaries. The same person that answers on the cell phones is the same person that is in the box and the same person who repoem the merchandise. I was 18 minutes in the queue of the cashier with an official in the box and 4 replacing goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agora por conta do aplicativo Ame o tempo de espera na fila é absurdo, os atendentes de caixa estão baixando aplicativo e cadastrando clientes, sendo que o atendimento ao caixa tem que ser rápido e pratico ao cliente. Esta um verdadeiro descaso e impossível frequentar
Now because of the Ame app, the waiting time in line is absurd, the cashiers are downloading the app and registering customers, and the cashier service has to be fast and practical for the customer. This is a real neglect and impossible to attend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aglomeração de uma fila de mais de um quarteirão, desrespeito ao Cidadão. Pouco caixas, não mede temperatura na porta. Não tem álcool gel, tá tudo errado.
Crowding of a line of more than a block, disrespect to the Citizen. Little boxes, do not measure temperature at the door. There is no alcohol gel, everything is wrong.
