★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O segurança do estabelecimento fica a todo momento seguindo as pessoas pela loja duvidando de nossa integridade. Isso é constrangedor e péssimo para a loja, não voltarei mais devido a atitude deste funcionário.
The security of the establishment is at all times following people around the store doubting our integrity. This is embarrassing and terrible for the store, I will not be returning due to the attitude of this employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 15/12 fui comprar um tablete que estava identificado no valor de R$299,00 porém ao realizar o pagamento o valor estava R$699,00 Quando questionei o pagar a atendente Veronica falou que o valor era aquele não poderia fazer nada por mim ,então solicitei o gerente que estava almocando.Mesmo assim questionei a conduta e falei com outra atendente que muito mal educada falou que as identificações
estavam trocadas sendo que o próprio vendedor pegou o produto com o valor de R$299,00 e se eu quiser o valor era aquele .
Falei sobre o direito do consumidor e a vendedora falou que não poderia fazer nada por mim.Descaso com o consumidor perderam um cliente pois nunca mais volto nesta loja .
On 12/15 I went to buy a tablet that was identified in the amount of R$299.00 but when making the payment the amount was R$699.00. , so I asked the manager who was having lunch. Even so, I questioned the conduct and spoke to another attendant who was very rude and said that the identifications
were exchanged being that the seller himself took the product with the value of R$299.00 and if I want the value it was that.
I talked about consumer rights and the seller said she couldn't do anything for me. Disregard for the consumer, they lost a customer because I'm never coming back to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência , com criança no colo mesmo em fila normal os atendentes e inclusive o senhor de uniforme diferente , provavelmente chefe atendendo pessoas de trás de mim na fila e fiquei como se fosse invisível durante 40 minutos , 4 pessoas atendidas na minha frente . Desisti de aguardar e fui embora.
Bad experience , with a child on my lap , even in a normal line , the attendants and even the gentleman in a different uniform , probably the boss serving people behind me in the line and I was like I was invisible for 40 minutes , 4 people were served in front of me . I gave up waiting and left.
