★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lojas Americanas shopping Norte Sul , dia 12/05/2022, fui comprar um caixa de bombom neste lugar com minha mãe idosa e fui muito mal recepcionado , por causa de um preço errado no mesmo , onde 3 caixas de bombom saíram por 11,99, mas no caixa disseram que estava errado, a Caixa foi comigo no local onde estava o produto e viu que estava pregado essa oferta no local, voltando ao caixa apareceu uma loira mal educada e sem preparo com o cliente e disse que colocaram o preço lá,eu que não fui.Ela se é dona ou gerente que tem ter treinamentos para funcionários não errarem,naquela americana não compro mais nada.
Lojas Americanas Shopping Norte Sul, on the 12/05/2022, I went to buy a box of candy in this place with my elderly mother and I was very poorly received, because of a wrong price, where 3 boxes of candy went out for 11.99 , but at the cashier they said it was wrong, the cashier went with me to the place where the product was and saw that this offer was nailed there, returning to the cashier appeared a rude and unprepared blonde with the customer and said they put the price there I didn't go. If you're an owner or manager who has to have training for employees not to make mistakes, I won't buy anything else in that American one.
