★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compreendo esse formato de lojas com médio porte mas as lojas Americanas usam esse conceito ao extremo. A loja é super apertada e as mercadorias ficam, de certa forma, amontoadas umas nas outras. A loja não oferece o mesmo valor do site, o que é um erro da marca, e os preços não são sugestivos em sua grande maioria. Como vantagem lá vende de tudo. A área de doces costuma ter um preço até melhor que o próprio supermercado. Mas é só isso. Poderia ser melhor.
I understand this format of medium-sized stores, but American stores use this concept to the extreme. The store is super tight and the goods are, in a way, huddled together. The store does not offer the same value as the website, which is a mistake of the brand, and the prices are mostly not suggestive. As an advantage there it sells everything. The sweets area usually has an even better price than the supermarket itself. But that's it. Could be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fia um pedido para ser entregue em 3 horas, porém não recebi o pedido, e no site ainda informa q o pedido foi entregue. E até agora não consegui resolver , o telefone ninguém atende, e-mail ninguém responde, fiquei no prejuízo.
Terrible, I placed an order to be delivered in 3 hours, but I did not receive the order, and on the website it still informs that the order was delivered. And so far I haven't been able to solve it, no one answers the phone, no one answers the email, I was at a loss.

Aí mudaram para o dia 24 01 2022,como se estivessem fazendo um favor, o atendimento no local e muito ruim mesmo. Moral desta horrível experiência, cancelei o pedido e fui comprar na concorrente.
Bad experience, they don't understand the connection, material had to be removed on the 21 01 2022,
Then they changed it to 24 01 2022, as if they were doing a favor, the service on site is really bad. Moral of this horrible experience, I canceled the order and went to buy at the competitor.
