★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, atendente fica batendo papo com com colega de trabalho ao invés de olhar na cara do cliente e cliente que usa loja tudo sem noção. Povo tira coisa do lugar e não sabe devolver, aí você vai procurar alguma coisa em alguma seção específica e tá aquela baderna
 Horrible service, attendant is chatting with a co-worker instead of looking in the face of the customer and customer who uses the store all clueless. People take things out of the place and don't know how to return them, then you go looking for something in a specific section and there's that mess

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja com ótimos preços, mas tem umas vendedoras bem grossas!! Fui comprar meu celular, a maioria do valor ia ser em dinheiro e o resto no cartão, tava dando erro o cartão então a gente acabou não comprando, uma vendedora disse para devolvermos o celular sendo q esse celular nem tinha na loja tinha q ser encomendado, tinha varias pessoas perto ouvindo ela falar para devolver o celular q nem sequer pegamos na mão, o outro vendedor q estava nos atendendo (Guilherme) disse q n tínhamos pegado o celular, dps voltamos na loja e conseguimos comprar o celular com o Guilherme, encomendamos e deu tudo certo por conta do Guilherme ser super atencioso, simpático e ótimo vendedor!! Acho melhor vcs verem quem contrata, essa moça que tratou a gente super mal deveria tomar uma puxão de orelha mas nem o nome dela eu sei. Resumo da história, quando forem na americanas do shopping procurem o Guilherme!!
Great store with great prices, but there are some very thick sellers !! I went to buy my cell phone, most of the value was going to be in cash and the rest on the card, was giving the card error so we ended up not buying, a saleswoman said to return the cell phone being q that cell phone had neither in the store had to be ordered , we had several people nearby hearing her speak to return the cell phone we did not even take the hand, the other salesman was answering us (Guilherme) said that we had taken the cell phone, dps we returned in the store and we were able to buy the cell phone with Guilherme, we ordered and everything worked out because of Guilherme being super attentive, friendly and great seller !! I think you better see who hires, this girl who treated us super badly should take a ear jerk but even her name I do not know. Summary of the story, when you go on the American shopping mall look for Guilherme !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado pessoal a loja não tem um pingo de respeito à vcs.. não tem faixa de distanciamento no caixa..tudo aglomerados, fui falar? veio um cara de braço cruzado olhando para minha cara me intimodando querendo dizer que estão na razão.
A mesma do caixa e onde fui reclamar disseram que tinha sim..e aí fui até o local e falei ONDE???ONDEEEEE??Foi aí que eles fizeram de conta que eu nem estava na loja...Gente de cara.
Personal care, the store doesn’t have an ounce of respect for you guys .. there’s no distance strip in the cash register… all clusters, did I speak? came a guy with a crossed arm looking at my face intimidating me meaning that they are in reason.
The same from the cashier and where I went to complain they said yes ... and then I went to the place and said WHERE ??? ONDEEEEE ?? That's when they pretended that I wasn't even in the store ... People right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para as lojas Americanas não existe nem o que dizer, todas elas sempre muito boas, com muitas variedade, preços, promoções, ofertadas muito boas. No geral são lojas muito boas para encontrar o que você precisar, lojas boas para presentes, doces, livros etc. Sempre muito bem localizada calozadas e com amplo espaço interno.
For Americanas stores there is nothing to say, all of them are always very good, with a lot of variety, prices, promotions, very good offers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem dia 31 de março de 2022 ,fui a loja com minha esposa e filha compramos bastantes produtos mas como sempre os preços da etiquetas não batem com a dos caixas ( CUIDADO ) , dai pedi para a atendente do caixa me mostrar qual o preço ela tinha passado mas a mesma com uma falta de respeito ... somente perguntando se eu iria pagar no crédito ou débito ( variasvezes ) ao invés de me mostrar qual o preço tinha passado. Gostaria de saber como estes funcionários são contratados pois não tem Respeito pelos clientes...
Yesterday, March 31, 2022, I went to the store with my wife and daughter, we bought a lot of products but as always the prices on the labels do not match those of the cashiers (BEWARE), so I asked the cashier to show me the price she had past but the same with a lack of respect... just asking if I would pay by credit or debit (several times) instead of showing me what the price had passed. I would like to know how these employees are hired because they have no Respect for customers...
