★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oi mi chamo Ana Paula antonio muita falta de informação da fempresa funcionárias do marilia shopping informou sobre o plano odontoligico que poderia cancelar a qualquer momento e que o valor seria 52 reais para a familia nao nao foi bem isso na primeira fatura cobrou 112 reais liguei na central da odonto e mi enformaram que era 12 meses para cancelar e entao informei que fomos enganados e disseram que iria cancelar no dia 03/12/2020 na fatura do dia 20 de janeiro vieram cobrando novamente a odonto sendo que ja tinhamos cancelado em dezembro e nao querem ressarcimento no valor e ainda cobrando a fatura de janeiro amanha irei ao procon porque ja liguei la e nada foi resolvido ate agora so promessas e ainda dizem que o protocolo de cancelamento da odonto que me enviaram via gmail nao existe prova eu tenho!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, umas atendentes com cara de que querem esganar o cliente, um tal de atendente (HOMEM),que fica de preto,ao invés de atender estava no Facebook, e a moça pedindo ajuda pq estava com fila. Enganam os clientes empurrando cartão, depois não querem cancelar, uma bagunça.
Terrible service, some attendants looking like they want to strangle the customer, one such attendant (MAN), who wears black, instead of answering, was on Facebook, and the girl was asking for help because she was in line. They trick customers by pushing cards, then they don't want to cancel, a mess.
