★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto pela internet e fui retirar nessa loja, mas foi um descaso desde a chegada até a loja.
Primeiro cheguei para retirar o produto a funcionária estava em hora de almoço. É um direito de todos mas deveria ter outro funcionário para cobrir a hora do almoço.
Quando chegou a funcionária ela fez duas vendas fez o cadastro dos clientes e eu aguardando sendo que o meu produto não levaria 5 minutos para resolver.
Quando finalmente chegou minha vez ela agilizou todos que iam retirar os produtos para retirar de uma vez só e eu aguardando.
Quando ela trouxe o produto em vez de entregar cada um na sequência ela simplesmente foi entregando na sequência que ficava melhor pra ela.
Uma tremenda falta de respeito e nunca mais compro na Americanas!!
I bought a product over the internet and went to pick it up at that store, but it was a disregard from the arrival to the store.
First I arrived to remove the product the employee was at lunch time. It is everyone's right but there should be another employee to cover the lunch hour.
When the employee arrived she made two sales, registered the customers and I waited, since my product would not take 5 minutes to solve.
When my turn finally came, she streamlined everyone who was going to remove the products to remove at once and I was waiting.
When she brought the product instead of delivering each one in sequence she simply delivered in the sequence that was best for her.
A tremendous lack of respect and I never buy from Americanas again !!
