Comprei um brinquedo pela internet e retirei nas Lojas Americanas do Farol, como passou 1um dia da troca não consegui realizar a mesma.
Em contato com a central a responsável pelo setor " Leiriene" , informou que não poderia realizar a troca pois a compra foi realizada pela internet, mas... foi retirada na loja, então se foi retirada na loja qual a dificuldade de ser trocada na loja ( saída e entrada no sistema)???
Informei a mesma que devido a isso não compraria mas nada na loja e ela informou que tudo bem!
Maravilhoso em tempos como esse esta se perdendo cliente "FIEL" simplismente por não querer ajudar.
INSATISFEITA !!!
