★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filas quilométricas e ainda tem funcionários com a cara de pau de querer passar na frente dos clientes pra serem atendidos nos caixas como se tivessem a preferência. Outro dia eu passei um tempão na fila esperando pra ser atendida e uma funcionária da limpeza chegou na maior cara lisa passou na minha frente e pediu que a caixa registrasse o pacote de biscoito dela. Aí eu cheguei e perguntei se ela tinha o direito de passar na minha frente e furar a fila. Porque eu e os demais clientes estavamos ali em pé aguardando nossa vez. Então que ela pegasse o final da fila e aguardasse a vez dela ser atendida. Minha indignação foi pq a caixa acabou registrando a mercadoria dela so por ela ser funcionária e estava no horário de descanso. Achei um verdadeiro absurdo e falta de respeito comigo e com os demais que aguardavam na fila o que a funcionária fez.

The other day I spent a long time in line waiting to be answered and a cleaning lady arrived at the biggest flat face in front of me and asked the box to register her cookie package. Then I arrived and asked if she had the right to pass in front of me and stick the line. Because I and the other clients were standing there waiting for us. Then she took the end of the line and waited for her to be answered. My outrage was because the box ended up registering her merchandise just because she was an employee and was at work hours. I found a real absurdity and lack of respect for myself and the others who were waiting in line for what the employee did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está funcionando neste período. As lojas Americanas fazem parte da minha infância. Sempre gostei da rede! Não sei se teve redução do quadro lá, mas o clima está muito diferente!!! Notei a falta de alguns produtos, acredito que seja coisa momentânea por causa da época! Bem, espero que passe logo, pois, nós precisamos muito dessa energia boa, positiva!

I don't know if there was a reduction in the picture there, but the climate is very different !!! I noticed the lack of some products, I believe it is momentary because of the season! Há uma outra loja da rede, localizada na avenida da Paz, que é a maior loja da rede, onde é possível encontrar uma quantidade de itens bem maior. Já nessa que se localiza no centro comercial, é uma loja muito apertada, não dispõe de itens em quantidade. Existem sempre poucos caixas funcionando, e a fila única, faz com que percamos muito tempo sem necessidade. O atendentes, por desempenharem um monte de funções, estão sempre sobrecarregsdos, mas se esforçam pra nos atender bem. A distância entre as prateleiras, é muito pequena, dificultando a circulação, na loja. Dificilmente eu compro algo nesta loja, em razão dos fatos citados. A fila do caixa atrapalha o acesso à algumas prateleiras. Possui uma distribuição das prateleiras(lay out), péssima. É seguramente a PIOR LOJA DA REDE em Maceió. Não aconselho a ninguém a fazer compras nessa loja. É na verdade, um simbolo de falta de respeito ao consumidor.
This store is located in the commercial center of Maceió and is very popular. There is another chain store, located on Avenida da Paz, which is the largest chain store, where you can find a much larger number of items. In this one, which is located in the shopping center, it is a very tight store, it does not have enough items. There are always few boxes working, and the single queue means that we spend a lot of time unnecessarily. The attendants, for performing a lot of functions, are always overloaded, but strive to serve us well. The distance between the shelves is very small, making circulation difficult in the store. I hardly ever buy anything in this store, due to the facts mentioned. The checkout line hinders access to some shelves. It has a terrible distribution of the shelves (lay out). It is surely the WORST SHOP OF THE NETWORK in Maceió. I don't advise anyone to shop at that store. It is actually a symbol of lack of respect for the consumer.
