Recentemente comprei um liquidificar, e em menos de 72 horas percebi que o botão que liga/desliga e que também é seletor de velocidade estava solto. Procurei a loja que trocou por outro na caixa sem dificultar com burocracia. Até em compras online já tive meu dinheiro devolvido quando ocorreu insatisfação com o produto. This network of stores has good service and quality products. I recently bought a blender, and in less than 72 hours I noticed that the on/off button that is also the speed selector was loose. I looked for the store that exchanged it for another one at the cashier without making it difficult with bureaucracy. Even in online purchases I have had my money refunded when there was dissatisfaction with the product. I like the tranquility I feel when shopping at Lojas Americanas.
