Compramos muitos produtos nesta loja de grande valor e dentre eles 03 itens ESSENCIAIS para que a obra comece .Na entreģa do material 23/05/2021 foi dito que esqueceram de colocar no caminhão os itens referidos e porque não trouxeram no outro dia ?? Indignada !! Venderam produtos sem ter na loja , nós estamos pagando diária do pedreiro e nada de chegar material , o gerente Itamar nem sabia do ocorrido . Compra feita em 18/05. E o gerente sem saber de nada ??? Absurdo . Quem vai resolver isto ... ?? Será quem não há respeito pelo consumidor ??
Please, MATECOL owner SOLVE THIS ISSUE!! We buy many products in this store of great value and among them 03 ESSENTIAL items for the work to begin. When entering the material 05/23/2021 it was said that they forgot to put the referred items in the truck and why didn't they bring it the other day ?? Indignant !! They sold products without having them in the store , we are paying the bricklayer 's daily rate and there is no material arriving , the manager Itamar did not even know what happened . Purchase made on 05/18. And the manager without knowing anything ??? Nonsense. Who will solve this...?? Is who there is no respect for the consumer??
