Pena que por diversas vezes já fui atendida e percebi a insatisfação da caixa, da atendente na loja e até de outros clientes incomodados com a situação. Será que uma rede de departamentos tão grande e no mercado por tanto tempo não se preocupa com o atendimento ao cliente?

Além de me obrigarem a esperar a notinha da compra, sendo q falei que nao queria só queria levar o produto uma vez que a compra ja tinha sido aprovada, porem a caixa segurou meu item e falou que nao podia entregar enquanto a notinha nao imprimisse regra do estabelecimento... o cliente nao tem nem direito de escolher se quer a nota ou não? Além da demora da espera.
