★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procuravamos um lugar para tomar um café à tarde. E o mais proximo foi esta padaria. Ao chegarmos no balcão, todos os funcionários sumiram ou continuaram com seus afazeres como se não existissemos. Após algum tempo um atendente nos ajudou pedindo que a pessoa responsável pelo balcão fosse nos atender, a mesma pessoa que ao chegarmos foi para dentro e sumiu. De cara percebemos que a pessoa não foi treinada para os minimos detalhes quanto a higiene, onde ela ficava coçando o nariz e manuseando alimentos sem luvas.
We were looking for a place for coffee in the afternoon. And the closest was this bakery. When we arrived at the counter, all the staff disappeared or continued their duties as if we did not exist. After a while an attendant helped us by asking the person in charge of the counter to serve us, the same person who arrived arrived inside and disappeared. At first glance we realized that the person was not trained to the smallest details about hygiene, where he was scratching his nose and handling food without gloves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bauru mineiro e a variedade de comidas oferecidas no café colonial são ótimos, porém a falta de funcionários afeta demais a presteza do atendimento. É impossível comprar qualquer produto sem ficar um bom tempo na fila, seja para pedir ou para pagar.
The bauru from Minas Gerais and the variety of foods offered at the colonial cafe are great, but the lack of employees affects the promptness of the service too much. It is impossible to buy any product without standing in line for a long time, either to order or to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, eu sempre fui de viajar ir em varios mercados e quando o antedimento era ruim, eu fazia minha crítica construtiva! Ou se fosse bom, eu elogiava... Domingo 16/12/2018, por volta de umas 14:40 ou 15:00hr, eu estava nesse Supermercado frade conveniência, fui comprar cervejas, gelo, carvão e, carnes. Queria a cerveja Antarctica, queria 30 unidades, pedir ajuda ao funcionário, acho que ele era o responsável pela loja, pois ele estava com a camisa verde e o restante da equipe todos de uniforme branco. Enfim, ele me ajudou pegar as cervejas, mas só tinha 22 unidades geladas, ele olhou em todos os freezer e não achou mais gelada, pediu desculpas a nós por não ter as 30 unidades que queríamos gelada, eu disse que não tinha problema e ele nos perguntou se não queria completar as 30 com algumas unidades quentes! Meu marido aceitou e elogiou a idéia dele. E, no final ele foi pegar o gelo para nós e ainda nos ajudou a por o gelo dentro do culler! A todo momento ele foi atencioso, educado e prestativo! Falamos para ele que, nós iríamos no outro mercado da referência dele, mas acabou que não deu tempo! Sempre compramos no mercado na chegada da ilha, mas devido o atendimento desse rapaz, vocês ganharam dois novos clientes, eu e meu marido! Perguntamos o nome dele, ele disse, mas não me lembro direito, que é bem diferente! Se eu não estiver enganada, é kessi, alguma coisa assim. Ele é o mais alto da turma, estava de camisa verde. Nota 10 pro mercado e nota 10 para esse funcionário.

Anyway, he helped me get the beers, but I only had 22 cold units, he looked in all the freezers and didn't find them cold anymore, he apologized to us for not having the 30 units we wanted cold, I said it was no problem and he asked us if we didn't want to complete the 30 with some hot units! My husband accepted and praised his idea. And in the end he went to get the ice for us and even helped us put the ice inside the culler! At all times he was attentive, polite and helpful! We told him that we would go to another market where his reference was, but it turned out that there was no time! We always buy at the market when we arrive on the island, but because of this guy's service, you gained two new customers, me and my husband! We asked him his name, he said, but I don't remember very well, which is quite different! If I'm not mistaken, it's kessi, something like that. Como conveniência tem bastante coisa capaz de atender sua necessidade, banheiro sempre limpinho, mesas e cadeiras na parte externa , de manha eles tem um comedouro de passaros que sempre está cheio de frutas isso faz com que uma diversidade grande de passaros estejam sempre por perto ! Adoro meu café da manha um americano no pao francês integral e suco de mamão com laranja ! Top
Very good location, lack of parking, very complete store and has a bakery that serves excellent breakfast. As a convenience there is enough to meet your need, bathroom always clean, tables and chairs outside, in the morning they have a bird feeder that is always full of fruits so that a great diversity of birds are always around! I love my American breakfast in French bread and papaya juice with orange! Top
