 The Americas Clinic is excellent! I have always been well attended: from the servants to the doctors, including the technicians, EVERYONE is very kind, polite and attentive. Doctors are the best. They pass a lot of security in all procedures and exams. I recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do atendimento da recepção ao médico reservo o direito de salientar o quão despreparados e incompetentes são.
Recepção pela falta de cordialidade, preparo (deixando bem claro!) e seriedade. E um profissional da área da saúde que lhe diz que você contraiu infecção oftalmológica recorrentes vezes "por falta de sorte" é no mínimo vergonhoso e rude.
Espero poder nunca mais contar com o "atendimento" deste lugar.
From the reception service to the doctor, I reserve the right to point out how unprepared and incompetent they are.
Reception for the lack of cordiality, preparation (making it very clear!) and seriousness. And a healthcare professional who tells you that you've contracted an eye infection repeatedly "out of bad luck" is embarrassing and rude to say the least.
I hope I can never count on the "service" of this place again.

Ambiente organizado, limpo, digno, e com médicos extremamente preparados. Dra Ioury, especialista em oftalmopediatria, tratou minha filha de 3 anos com extrema paciência, dedicação e descobriu o grau altíssimo e todas as alterações que ela têm e que nenhum outro profissional diagnosticou. Organized, clean, dignified environment, with extremely prepared doctors. Dr Ioury, specialist in pediatric ophthalmology, treated my 3-year-old daughter with extreme patience, dedication and discovered the very high degree and all the changes she has that no other professional has diagnosed. My experience was amazing!! I want to thank the employee Cris from the contact lens sector for the affection towards my daughter. Dr Bernardo, wonderful doctor, made my mother's heart more peaceful, as he gave me a less invasive option to treat my daughter. The receptionists are super attentive. Thank you all!!!!

Sou paciente do Dr Alan há uns anos e gosto muito dele, um ótimo profissional! Gostei muito da minha experiência na clínica. Atendimento rápido e organizado.
I was very well received at the Barra unit. All receptionists are very attentive and polite. The maid who offered us water is also a sweetheart. I've been a patient of Dr Alan for a few years and I really like him, he's a great professional! I really enjoyed my experience at the clinic. Fast and organized service.

Excellent service, from scheduling, reception to the execution of exams. The place is very beautiful and always clean and organized. During the wait, coffee, cappuccino and even ice cream were offered!!!!
