Fora que demoro uma hora e meia pra chegar pelo preço que cobra deveria vim mais caprichado o estado do lanche. O hambúrguer veio cheio de nervo . Precisa baixa o preço e melhora o atendimento .
Bad service, my combo came all cold pepperoni is cold it seems to be raw the potato all cold. Besides that it takes me an hour and a half to arrive at the price you charge, the state of the snack should have been more elaborate. The hamburger came full of nerves. You need to lower the price and improve service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo e falta de compromisso!! Fiz o pedido de 2 lanches pelo Ifood as 23:00 e não entregaram, sequer recebi o reembolso ou contato de alguém. Segunda vez que peço nesse lugar e tenho a mesma experiência negativa, não recomendo!
Terrible service and lack of commitment!! I ordered 2 snacks through Ifood at 23:00 and they didn't deliver, I didn't even receive a refund or contact from anyone. Second time I ask at this place and I have the same negative experience, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no local é péssimo. Tanto na entrega quanto no local fui mal atendida, o pedido demorou horas para chegar, me falaram que já estava a caminho e chegou depois de um longo tempo.
Quando eu mandava mensagem perguntando eles não me respondiam! Mandei mensagem em outro número e rapidinho responderam achando que era outro pedido.
A qualidade do lanche caiu muito também
The service on site is terrible. Both on delivery and on site, I was poorly served, the order took hours to arrive, they told me it was on its way and it arrived after a long time.
When I texted asking they didn't answer me! I texted another number and quickly responded thinking it was another request.
The quality of the snack dropped a lot too

O lanche veio gelado com gosto de podre.
E quando vc volta a ligar reclamando eles desligam o telefone na sua cara e não respondem mais msg de whatsapp.
Não indico jamais este lugar!
Poor service via whatsapp and phone
The snack came cold with a rotten taste.
And when you call again complaining they hang up the phone in your face and no longer respond to whatsapp msg.

Esqueceram de mandar o refrigerante, o entregador disse que já voltava trazer. Mandei mensagem no estabelecimento avisando também sobre o ocorrido, me disseram que iriam mandar o mais rápido possível.
Fiquei horas esperando, o estabelecimento fechou 00h e simplesmente não trouxeram o refrigerante.
Mandei várias mensagens perguntando se já estava a caminho, pois já estava tarde, já estava há 1h30 esperando, liguei e nem sequer me responderam.
Falta de profissionalismo e responsabilidade com o cliente.
Não recomendo e nunca mais compro nesse lugar.
I ordered a combo of fries, pepperoni, two snacks and a soda.
They forgot to send the soda, the delivery man said he would bring it back. I also sent a message to the establishment notifying about what happened, they told me they would send it as soon as possible.
I was waiting hours, the establishment closed at 00h and they just didn't bring the soda.
I sent several messages asking if I was on my way, because it was late, I had been waiting for 1h30, I called and they didn't even answer me.
Lack of professionalism and responsibility to the customer.
I do not recommend and will never buy from this place again.
