★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Nelson Gagliano Ortopedista e Cirurgião, se diz especialista em Coluna, Instituto Ortopédico da Tijuca - IOT- Rio de Janeiro, um médico extremamente grosseiro! Fujam deste médico! Eu com dor crônica na coluna, diagnosticada com cifose e escoliose por outro médico, fui procura-lo. Ele Ja foi logo dizendo q eu nao devia estar la pq meu caso nao era cirurgia e q nao ia me tratar, mas quando vc liga apenas informam que ele é o especialista em coluna do local.
Grosseiro, estúpido, me ofendeu, sequer leu os laudos dos meus exames e ja foi logo dizendo q meu caso era cirurgia bariatrica e não da coluna, então q ele não ia me tratar pq nenhum tratamento pra coluna faria efeito pra obesos, disse q eu sou obesa e que continuasse com os outros medicos q ja me atenderam em outros lugares pq meu caso nao era pra ele. "continue se tratando com o ortopedista, reumato, oq vc quiser pq eu nao vou fazer nada por vc, eu sou cirurgiao e seu problema eh obesidade, emagreça". Sai da sala rapidamente em meio a grosserias, com ele quase me expulsando, pq eu disse: "Dr pensei q o sr pudesse me dar uma prescrição melhor sendo especialista em coluna, liguei pra ca e sugeriram o sr, pq ja usei 5 medicamentos diferentes, uma injeção e RPG e não estão adiantando, estou com muita dor, nao durmo a noite de dor" ao que ele respondeu: "volte pro seu ortopedista e pro seu RPG e emagreça pq eu nao vou te tratar, procure uma cirurgia bariatrica, eu so te trataria se vc tivesse um tumor, oq vc tem eh gordura"! sendo q informei q ja estou perdendo peso (nao sou obesa ao ponto de bariatrica, tenho sobrepeso) e fazendo dieta, perdi 4 quilos nos ultimos meses, sem nada refletir em melhora na coluna. Um grosseiro, estupido, pessimo profissional, te atende ja numa sala de radiologia e fica possesso quando vc ja chega com seus exames prontos sem q ele possa fazer la na hora com ele pra receber do plano, sequer lê os laudos de outro medico. Fujam desse "medico"!

Rude, stupid, offended me, did not even read the reports of my exams and was soon saying that my case was bariatric surgery and not the spine, so he would not treat me because no treatment for the spine would work for obese people, said I I am obese and to continue with the other doctors who have seen me in other places because my case was not for him. "keep on treating yourself with the orthopedist, rheumatoid, whatever you want because I won't do anything for you, I'm a surgeon and your problem is obesity, and get thin". I left the room quickly in the middle of rudeness, with him almost kicking me out, because I said: "Dr I thought you could give me a better prescription as a column specialist, I called here and they suggested you, because I already used 5 different medications, an injection and RPG and it's not working, I'm in a lot of pain, I don't sleep the night in pain "to which he replied:" go back to your orthopedist and your RPG and get thin because I'm not going to treat you, look for bariatric surgery, I I would only treat you if you had a tumor, what you have is fat "! being that I informed you that I am already losing weight (I am not obese to the point of bariatric, I am overweight) and on a diet, I lost 4 kilos in the last few months, with nothing to reflect on improvement in the spine. A rude, stupid, very poor professional, attends you already in a radiology room and is possessed when you arrive with your exams ready without him being able to do it on time with him to receive the plan, he doesn't even read the reports of another doctor. Get away from that "doctor"!
