O atendimento telefônico deixa a desejar, porque temos que passar por várias mensagens gravadas até conseguir de fato resolver o problema.
It has a good service network, with good and bad hospitals, it's a matter of finding it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Amil é muito bom. O problema nas redes de saúde é ter mais pessoas doentes que leitos, médicos, atendentes e isso faz demorar o atendimento parecendo o SUS em espera de até 3 horas. Do mais, falta condições ao povo para isso.
Amil is very good. The problem in health networks is that there are more sick people than beds, doctors, attendants, and this makes the service take longer, making it seem like the SUS is on hold for up to 3 hours. Furthermore, the people lack conditions for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Precisei obter uma simples informação sobre um laboratório que a Amil retirou a autorização para realizar um simples ultrassom e a funcionária sequer se esforçou em tentar me ajudar. Agiu como um mero "robozinho", e dos bem burrinhos por sinal
Terrible service. I needed to get a simple information about a laboratory that Amil withdrew the authorization to perform a simple ultrasound and the employee didn't even make an effort to try to help me. He acted like a mere "little robot", and a very dumb one by the way

Minha experiência foi péssima, sempre que quis negociar os valores que estavam absurdos, me passavam um valor e quando chegava o boleto era outro, ou seja, mentiram! E não foi só uma vez. No dia do cancelamento, propositalmente me fizeram esperar mais de 2h por um atendimento, e eu só consegui porque liguei 7 vezes insistentemente. Um desgaste muito grande. Não recomendo para ninguém. Consegui cancelar e estou livre de mais um problema. Melhorem!
Amil left a lot to be desired. My experience was terrible, whenever I wanted to negotiate the values that were absurd, they gave me one value and when the ticket arrived it was another, that is, they lied! And it wasn't just once. On the day of cancellation, they purposely made me wait more than 2 hours for an appointment, and I only got it because I called 7 times insistently. Too much wear and tear. I don't recommend it to anyone. I managed to cancel and I'm free of another problem. Get better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu atendimento clínico foi excelente, a médica foi atenciosa e bastante profissional em relação ao meu problema. Só percebi que existe desinformação entre as os médicos e especialidades.
Fui mandado para tentar encaixe com o psiquiatra, mas ao chegar na revelação do segundo andar fui informado pelo recepcionista que não tinha psiquiatra na unidade.
Achei bem estranho existir um andar inteiro com recepcionista e sala de espera para atendimento psiquiátrico é não ter médico.
Mas nota 10 para o atendimento clínico de emergência.
My clinical care was excellent, the doctor was attentive and very professional regarding my problem. I just realized that there is misinformation among doctors and specialties.
I was sent to try to fit in with the psychiatrist, but when I arrived at the revelation on the second floor, I was informed by the receptionist that there was no psychiatrist in the unit.
I found it very strange that there was a whole floor with a receptionist and a waiting room for psychiatric care and there was no doctor.
But grade 10 for emergency clinical care.
