★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não encontrei página da unidade lapa, então vai aqui mesmo. Minha irmã foi no consultório da lapa dia 21 de agosto para exame de vista, foi atendida pelo doutor Monir Saffledine e saiu de lá com a receita. Até aí tudo bem. Fizemos os óculos porém, ela estava sentindo uma diferença no grau. Um dos olhos ficava embaçado. Por causa disso voltamos no dia 9 de setembro, fomos atendidas pelo mesmo médico, foi feito novo exame e ficou identificado que havia uma "diferença" e ele mencionou que o grau havia "aumentado".
A questão aqui é que:
1 - na primeira consulta o médico mexeu apenas duas vezes nas lentes do exame perguntando "esse ou esse". A minha irmã, obviamente escolheu um dos dois, e ele deu o exame por encerrado. Não mudou para outras lentes que é o normal para "comparar" e saber realmente qual é a melhor.
2 - nós fizemos QUATRO óculos com o grau da primeira receita. A ótica não quer corrigir sem cobrar pois, de fato, o erro não foi deles.
3 - na segunda consulta falamos pro médico que haviamos consultado com ele a menos de 2 meses e, mesmo percebendo o erro, disse "deixa com receita antiga mesmo". Epa, como assim? A pessoa está enxergando mal com óculos MEIO GRAU diferentes e ele quer deixar assim mesmo?
Eu gostaria muito que a clinica arcasse com o custo das novas lentes para os óculos.
I didn't find the lapa unit page, so go right here. My sister went to the lapa office on August 21 for an eye exam, was seen by Dr. Monir Saffledine and left with the prescription. So far so good. We made the glasses however, she was feeling a difference in the degree. One eye was blurred. Because of that, we returned on September 9, we were seen by the same doctor, a new exam was done and it was identified that there was a "difference" and he mentioned that the degree had "increased".
The point here is that:
1 - at the first consultation, the doctor only moved the exam lenses twice, asking "this or that". My sister obviously chose one of the two, and he closed the exam. It hasn't changed for other lenses which is normal to "compare" and really know which one is the best.
2 - we made FOUR glasses with the first prescription grade. The optics do not want to correct without charging because, in fact, the mistake was not theirs.
3 - in the second consultation we told the doctor that we had consulted with him less than 2 months ago and, even realizing the error, said "leave it with an old prescription". Wow, how so? Is the person seeing poorly with different HIGH DEGREE glasses and does he want to leave it anyway?
I would very much like the clinic to bear the cost of new lenses for glasses.

Levei a minha bebê q estava com conjuntivite e esperamos qse 2 horas para ser atendidos ( com hora marcada ) e ao ser atendida, o médico nem examinou os olhos dela e ainda receitou um colírio inadequado para a idade dela, sorte q perguntei depois para um farmacêutico e a
levei em outro lugar. Cuidado!!!!
Bad experience. I took my baby who had conjunctivitis and we waited for 2 hours to be seen (by appointment) and when she was seen, the doctor did not even examine her eyes and even prescribed an inappropriate eye drop for her age, lucky I asked later for a pharmacist and
I took it somewhere else. Watch out!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida e depois meu marido também. Nós dois fomos atendidos por bons médicos que resolveram nosso problema. Houve um pequeno atraso na primeira vez que eu fui mas nada exagerado.
I was very well attended and then my husband too. We were both attended to by good doctors who solved our problem. There was a slight delay the first time I went but nothing exaggerated.
