★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito cuidado.Óticas Metrópole vendem óculos de marca suspeitos.Comprei um Oakley lá e não encontro esse modelo em nenhum lugar do site da Oakley.Inclusive, quando me venderam não me deram a caixinha original.
Very careful. Metropolis optics sell suspicious branded glasses. I bought an Oakley there and I can't find this model anywhere on the Oakley website. Even when they sold me they didn't give me the original box.

O óculos é de excelente qualidade e com um preço muito bom.
Infelizmente acabei quebrando a armação e voltarei para adquirir outro.
I bought a multifocal glasses with ambervision and chrysalis a few years ago.
The glasses are of excellent quality and at a very good price.
Unfortunately I ended up breaking the frame and going back to get another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, devolveram meu óculos todo desregulado e qnd fui la buscar o técnico não estava. Não são todos os vendedores q sabem mexer em óculos. Fui em outro dia q o técnico estava e ele não conseguiu arrumar a armação q me custou quase 600 reias, sem nem me oferecer um reebolso pelo menos parcial. PÉSSIMO.
Bad service, they returned my glasses all unregulated and when I went to get it the technician was not there. Not all salespeople know how to handle glasses. I went on another day when the technician was there and he was unable to fix the frame which cost me almost 600 reias, without even offering me at least a partial return. TERRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência que tive com essa ótica foi muito boa, ao contrário do que está falando fui muito bem atendida pelos três , a cristina me atende super bem, há fiz uns 4 óculos, um depois de uns 4 meses quebrou levei lá me deram uma armação nova sem cobrar.excelente atendimento
The experience I had with this optics was very good, contrary to what you are saying I was very well attended by all three, Cristina serves me very well, I made about 4 glasses, one after about 4 months broke I took there a frame new without charge. excellent service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem, minha experiência com a compra das lentes na ótica foi boa! Fiquei bem satisfeita com o atendimento, o prazo de entrega é excelente, ótimo preço e atendeu super bem as minhas expectativas.
Não dei as 5 estrelinhas, apenas porque trocaram o papel que consta a garantia e as informações das lentes (esférico, cilíndrico, eixo, etc). As informações contidas nele, não são minhas e só descobri agora que fiz a segunda avaliação na oftalmologista. Fiz meus óculos na Maxpole em março desse ano e está perfeitamente intacto.
Pretendo voltar lá para necessidades futuras.
Well, my experience with buying the lenses in the optics was good! I was very satisfied with the service, the delivery time is excellent, great price and met my expectations.
I did not give the 5 stars, just because they changed the paper that includes the warranty and the information of the lenses (spherical, cylindrical, shaft, etc). The information contained in it, are not mine and only discovered now that I made the second evaluation in the ophthalmologist. I made my glasses at Maxpole in March of that year and it is perfectly intact.
I intend to go back there for future needs.
