★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei de nada. Muito barulho de hóspedes a noite até 12:30 e às 6 da manhã os funcionários começaram a falar alto na porta do meu quarto . Acústica péssima
Entra luz pelas muitas frestas da janela do quarto .
Ar condicionado barulhento
Eles só dão o lençol de baixo e uma manta áspera, se quiser o lençol de cima tem que pagar R$ 5,00
Café da manhã bem simples, se quiser um outro pão tem que pagar R$ 2,00, se quiser mais uma xícara de leite também cobram.
Banheiro sujo tinha cabelos nas paredes do box, só tem mesa de cabeceira de um lado, nenhum abajur.
Cheio de regras, NÃO RECOMENDO!!!
 I didn't like anything. Too much noise from guests at night until 12:30 and at 6 am the staff started talking loudly at my bedroom door. Lousy acoustics
Light comes in through the many cracks in the bedroom window.
Noisy air conditioning
They only give the bottom sheet and a rough blanket, if you want the top sheet you have to pay R $ 5.00
Breakfast very simple, if you want another bread you have to pay R $ 2.00, if you want another cup of milk they also charge.
Dirty bathroom had hair on the walls of the stall, there is only a bedside table on one side, no lamp.
Full of rules, I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradável, mas o ar condicionado do quarto 26 está fazendo muito barulho. A escada de acesso aos quartos de cima estão enferrujadas.
Pleasant, but the air conditioning in room 26 is making too much noise. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are rusty.

O estacionamento que afirmam ter é na rua.
Fiquei no quarto 40 com cama dura, chuveiro dando choque, janelas com frestas que facilmente quem está do lado de fora vê o que está acontecendo dentro do quarto. Ar condicionado não dá vazão já que há buracos ou janelas quebradas por onde sai o ar.
A piscina serve apenas para crianças já que não deve ter nem 1m de profundidade.
Café da manhã servido na varanda do quarto sem que o hóspede possa escolher o que deseja. O Nescau vem num copinho de café numa quantidade que é impossível mudar a cor do leite, a manteiga não dá pra passar no pão inteiro, uma fatia de queijo e se vc pedir qualquer coisa a mais deve pagar por isso. O café da manhã é surreal.
Muitas regras para os hóspedes e eles não se responsabilizam por nada.Se perder o papel com as regras paga taxa de 50,00.
A limpeza do quarto só é feita se o hóspede estiver fora da pousada (isso mesmo! Não basta estar fora do quarto. Se não estiver na rua, não é feita). Estranho uma vez que uma das regras diz que eles não se responsabilizam por nada caso suma algo durante a limpeza.
Estávamos com um casal de amigos que tiveram que trocar de quarto 3x já que sempre havia um problema.
De positivo posso apenas sinalizar o atendimento da recepcionista Taiana e a limpeza do quarto.
Precisei estender minha estadia em Porto Seguro e apesar de ter vagas na Amora, optei por buscar outra pousada.
Não indico!
Unfortunately the worst experience we had.
The parking lot they claim to have is on the street.
I stayed in room 40 with a hard bed, shower giving shock, windows with slits that easily whoever is outside sees what is happening inside the room. Air conditioning does not flow as there are holes or broken windows through which the air comes out.
The pool is only for children as it should not be even 1m deep.
Breakfast served on the balcony of the room without the guest being able to choose what they want. Nescau comes in a cup of coffee in an amount that is impossible to change the color of the milk, the butter cannot be used on the whole bread, a slice of cheese and if you ask for anything more you should pay for it. The breakfast is surreal.
Many rules for guests and they are not responsible for anything. If you lose the paper with the rules you will pay a fee of 50.00.
The cleaning of the room is only done if the guest is outside the inn (that's right! It is not enough to be outside the room. If it is not on the street, it is not done). Strange since one of the rules says that they are not responsible for anything if something goes missing during cleaning.
We were with a couple of friends who had to change rooms 3x since there was always a problem.
On the positive side, I can only signal the receptionist Taiana and the cleanliness of the room.
I had to extend my stay in Porto Seguro and despite having vacancies in Amora, I chose to look for another inn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei a pousada! As funcionárias maravilhosas! TODAS! A dona também ótima! Estive lá em novembro de 2020 e os cuidados com a pandemia foram excelentes! Tive apenas dois problemas que foram contornados assim que possível(reserva e chuveiro do quarto).
No quarto tem um Kit maravilhoso: repelente, álcool gel e sabão líquido. A dona está de parabéns!
I loved the inn! The wonderful employees! ALL! The owner is also great! I was there in November 2020 and the pandemic care was excellent! I only had two problems that were solved as soon as possible (booking and shower in the room).
In the bedroom there is a wonderful Kit: repellent, alcohol gel and liquid soap. The owner is to be congratulated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cama dura e café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Não é perto do centro e não é perto da praia.
As roupas de cama e banho são limpas.
Ar condicionado é antigo e não tem controle para regular temperatura.
O chuveiro é muito bom.
Hard bed and breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It's not near the center and it's not near the beach.
Bed and bath linen are clean.
Air conditioner is old and has no control to regulate temperature.
The shower is really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Café da manhã péssimo, vem numa bandeija que não dá nem para una criança se alimentar, fomos pedir mais e foi negado pelas meninas que foram super grosseiras e deselegante. A cama super dura não e a colchões. Queriam cobrar um absurdo para servir apenas mais 2 pães e um suco.
Atendimento HORRÍVEL.
Terrible breakfast, it comes on a tray that can't even be fed to a child, we went to ask for more and it was denied by the girls who were super rude and inelegant. The super hard bed and mattresses. They wanted to charge an absurd amount to serve only 2 more loaves and a juice.
HORRIBLE service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço prestado é péssimo, o café da manhã é servido na bandeja e a quantidade que vem não dá nem pra criança se alimentar. Pedi mais e foi negada pela responsável Mônica que oferece um atendimento com puro desprezo. Viemos num grupo de 7 pessoas e Pedimos pra adiantar o café da manhã, e por isso veio incompleto, as 7:30 eu retornei na cozinha para pedir o restante do que faltava, e a Mônica disse na minha cara que o meu café já tinha sido encerrado, que eu não poderia mais repetir. Como assim? Já viajei pra diversos lugares e nunca tive esse problema de restrição em quantidade de comida. Infelizmente estou insatisfeita. Nem em hotel tive esse problema.
The service provided is terrible, breakfast is served on the tray and the amount that comes is not enough for the child to eat. I asked for more and was denied by the responsible Monica who offers a service with pure contempt. We came in a group of 7 people and We asked to bring breakfast forward, and so it came incomplete, at 7:30 I went back to the kitchen to order the rest of what was missing, and Monica said to my face that my coffee already had been closed, which I could no longer repeat. Like this? I've traveled to several places and I've never had this problem of restriction in the amount of food. Unfortunately I am dissatisfied. Not even in a hotel I had this problem.
