★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje (14/04/2022) liguei as 09:06 da manhã para agendar uma avaliação das condições dos amortecedores traseiros do meu carro, cheguei no horário e de imediato fui informado que não seria atendido pois a loja estava cheia, aleguei que tinha horário agendado e mesmo assim não houve sensibilidade da parte de quem me atendeu, me disse que seu quisesse esperar seria atendido quando possível sendo o mínimo de 40 minutos, novamente aleguei que tinha agendado horário e que não poderia aguardar pois estava no intervalo do meu almoço e que meu pedido para aquele momento seria apenas de avaliação das condições dos amortecedores, a pessoa grossamente disse que não poderia me ajudar e mesmo com minha alegação de ter me deslocado até lá a pessoa me disse que eu poderia fazer o serviço em outro lugar.
Bom, com isso, entendo que a Líder é tão líder que não precisa mais dos clientes, e atendendo o pedido do mau educado que me atendeu fui na concorrência e fui muitíssimo bem atendido, inclusive com café agua e sala de espera climatizada. Clientes da Líder se acaso foram mau tratado como eu tenho um excelente prestador de serviços para indicar.
Today (04/14/2022) I called at 09:06 am to schedule an assessment of the condition of my car's rear shock absorbers, I arrived on time and was immediately informed that I would not be answered because the store was full, I claimed I had a time scheduled and even so there was no sensitivity on the part of those who attended me, he told me that if he wanted to wait, he would be attended to when possible, with a minimum of 40 minutes, again I claimed that I had scheduled an appointment and that I could not wait because I was on my lunch break and that my request for that moment would only be to assess the condition of the shock absorbers, the person rudely said that he could not help me and even with my claim of having moved there, the person told me that I could do the service elsewhere.
Well, with that, I understand that Líder is such a leader that it doesn't need customers anymore, and in response to the request of the rude person who answered me, I went to the competition and was very well attended, including with coffee and water and an air-conditioned waiting room. Leader's clients if they were treated badly as I have an excellent service provider to recommend.
