★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Paguei a vista pela revisão de uma aparelho de som e o conserto não foi integralmente efetuado. Somente descobri isso em minha residencia, já tendo retirado o aparelho. Dado a minha impossibilidade de levar o aparelho de volta à loja, eu solicitei que o retirassem em minha residência. Negaram-se e disseram que somente iriam revisar se eu levasse o aparelho à loja. Em suma, fui prejudicado duplamente, dado que paguei por um conserto que não foi feito e também pela minha impossibilidade em levar novamente o aparelho à loja. Como não estão preocupados com o cliente, ninguem ali tem a ideia de pagar um serviço de courier para retirar o aparelho e melhorar a percepção do cliente.
Terrible. I paid the sight for the overhaul of a stereo and the repair was not fully made. I only discovered this at my home, having already removed the device. Given my inability to bring the device back to the store, I requested that it be removed at my residence. They refused and said they would only review if I took the device to the store. In short, I was harmed twice as I paid for a repair that was not made and also for my inability to bring the device back to the store. Since they are not concerned with the customer, no one there has the idea of paying for a courier service to remove the device and improve customer perception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aconselho não entrar em contato com o estabelecimento. Péssimo atendimento. Solicitei orçamento, enviei o aparelho via portador e não atendem de maneira educada. Realmente o local deve estar lotado de clientes, deve haver fila na porta (mesmo assim não seria desculpa de mal atendimento), mas não dão a mínima pra você. Inacreditável.
I advise you not to contact the establishment. Terrible attendance. I asked for a quote, sent the device via carrier and they do not answer politely. Really the place must be crowded with customers, there must be a queue at the door (even so it would not be an excuse for poor service), but they don't give a damn about you. Unbelievable.

Estarei voltando, muito em breve, para revisar meus aparelhos de som e confeccionar os cabos dos mesmos - aliás, já comprei um e fiquei encantado com a qualidade!
A loja é impecável! Limpa, organizada, segura e, o mais importante, proprietário e funcionários extremamente gentis! Não compreendo as avaliações negativas sobre o atendimento - será que estamos falando do mesmo local? Ou acaso seriam os clientes que lá estiveram e não se satisfazem com competência e educação?
Parabéns à toda equipe e, em especial, ao Sr. Duarte, pessoa agradabilíssima para se negociar. Ganhou um cliente fiel!

I don't think it was luck! Very well recommended by the manufacturer of television stands in order to expedite a purchase, I ended up finding an oasis for my problems!
I will be coming back, very soon, to review my stereos and make their cables - by the way, I already bought one and I was delighted with the quality!
The store is impeccable! Clean, organized, safe and, most importantly, extremely kind owner and staff! I don't understand the negative reviews about the service - are we talking about the same place? Or are they the customers who have been there and are not satisfied with competence and education?
