Parece que estão fazendo favos e temos que pedir desculpas por deixar a máquina quase um mês, semana passa tinha 15 O.S na frente ontem 21/07 quando eu liguei tinha 20 O.S hoje fui na loja retirar aí me falaram que tinha 2 na frente, dá pra acreditar? Não neh! Parece que a gente é o culpado e não estão nem aí com o cliente, além de ser a assinarem ia mais cara o pior atendimento, compensa rodar um pouco mais e levar em outra.
Ah... Falaram mal da onde iria levar e quando coloquei a máquina no carro a parte que colocam os grãos não estava parafusada/solta, voltei e falei se aqui por fora que se vê está assim imagina por dentro, se quer pedem desculpas eu que errei de ter visto o mal serviço. Minha Ordem de serviço foi 26959
Não recomendo! Evite pra não passar nervoso
Horrible service! It looks like they are making honeycombs and we have to apologize for leaving the machine for almost a month, last week there were 15 OS in front yesterday 21/07 when I called it I had 20 OS today I went to the store to pick it up, they told me there was 2 in front, to believe? No! It seems that we are the culprit and do not care about the client, in addition to signing the most expensive service, it pays to run a little more and take it in another.
Ah ... They spoke badly about where I was going to take it and when I put the machine in the car the part that put the grains was not screwed / loose, I went back and said if here on the outside it looks like this, imagine inside, if you want to apologize I that I missed seeing the bad service. My Service Order was 26959
I do not recommend! Avoid to not be nervous
