★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra com a casa de câmbio amazônia e pedi para fazer a entrega do valor no endereço da minha empresa, mediante a compra me informaram que só entregariam para minha esposa ou para mim e que antes da entrega iam ligar para confirmar presença no local. Mas não foi o que aconteceu, o motoboy chegou e fez a entrega, porem não ligaram antes e nem entregaram pra mim ou minha esposa, e sim para terceiro. Gostaria de deixar minha frustração em relação a isso.
I made a purchase with the amazon exchange and asked to deliver the amount to my company address, upon purchase they informed me that they would only deliver it to my wife or me and that before delivery they would call to confirm their presence at the place. But that's not what happened, the courier arrived and delivered, but they didn't call before and they didn't even deliver it to me or my wife, but to a third party. I would like to leave my frustration regarding this.

Fiz o TED e na hora agendada as notas estavam disponíveis conforme acordado e com as melhores taxas.
My experience was great! I am very keen on negotiations, in this case I received the quote for the requested currencies - the lowest on the market - I was instructed to do a TED and get the notes. I took the TED and at the scheduled time the notes were available as agreed and at the best rates.
