★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma experiência terrível, chegamos numa 2a-feira de manhã às 10h e já estamos aqui há uma hora sem atendimento nenhum. Todo esse tempo ficaram atendendo um moço que teve algum problema na transferência, só um guichê funcionando. Além disso, em cima do meu amigo caiu do nada um pedaço de ferro afiado de uns 30 cm de comprimento e 5 cm de largura, ele poderia ter se machucado! O funcionário falou que era um negócio de fechar a porta, sei lá por que caiu de cima.
A terrible experience, we arrived on a Monday morning at 10am and we've been here for an hour without any assistance. All this time, they were assisting a young man who had some problem in the transfer, only a working window. Also, a piece of sharp iron about 12 inches long and 5 cm wide fell on top of my friend, he could have hurt himself! The employee said it was a business to close the door, I don't know why it fell from above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo. Pedem notas depois do 2009 pra comprar dólares. Como eu vou pra o banco e peço dinheiro desse jeito? E que no caso eles vão depositar e o banco aplica a mesma política com eles? Rejeitar dinheiro de curso legal e CRIME. Procure outra agência amigo. Não perca seu tempo com eles.
Absurd. They ask for bills after 2009 to buy dollars. How do I go to the bank and ask for money like that? And in that case they will deposit and the bank applies the same policy with them? Reject legal tender money and CRIME. Look for another buddy agency. Don't waste your time with them.
