Gosto demais que sua metodologia é sobre educação alimentar com dietas fazíveis (que respeitam nossas limitações, gostos e vontades). Não é sobre restrição e sim sobre saber como compor uma refeição de forma equilibrada. Sigo melhorando meus hábitos sem ter que sofrer com abrir mão de alguma comida que amo. E isso pra mim fez e faz toda a diferença.

I really like that his methodology is about food education with doable diets (which respect our limitations, tastes and desires). Alguns obstáculos e dificuldades surgiram, mas as orientações e até mesmo o acompanhamento a distancia foram fundamentais para que eu perseverasse com uma alimentação saudável e equilibrada, pois ao contrário eu teria relaxado e ganhado peso. Estou em luta com a balança, mas sendo acompanhada mesmo a distância e isso é de fundamental importância. Logo estarei retornando aos meus atendimentos, tenho algumas questões pessoais para resolver que estão impedindo. Sem sombras de dúvidas, o acompanhamento pela nutricionista Beatrice me incentivou a escolher melhor os alimentos e proporcionou uma melhor qualidade de vida. The assistance by my nutritionist Ana Beatrice was a wonderful experience. I started in 2020, I believe that before a little bit of social isolation.
