DOUGLAS BRILHANTE (ultra som), Marquei um exame para as 11:55, estava sendo atendida pelo recepcionista as 11:57 e tive a informação que o médico havia ido embora...podemos esperar por horas e o médico não pode nos esperar por poucos minutos? O atendente me falou que não existe tolerância para o último horário, isso não existe (fui atendida em duas recepções e esperei para ser chamada pela segunda, gastei tempo) eu cheguei antes do meu horário e o medico que NÃO TEM COMPROMISSO com os pacientes. Triste isso. Estou extremamente chateada, esperei dias para fazer esse exame, tenho uns problemas e o resultado dele é fundamental....FICA MINHA INDIGNAÇÃO.

DOUGLAS BRILLIANTE (ultrasound), I scheduled an exam for 11:55, was being seen by the receptionist at 11:57 and I had the information that the doctor was gone ... we can wait for hours and the doctor cannot wait for us few minutes? The attendant told me that there is no tolerance for the last time, it does not exist (I was attended at two receptions and waited to be called by the second, I spent time) I arrived before my time and the doctor has NO COMMITMENT to the patients. That's sad. I am extremely upset, I waited for days to do this exam, I have some problems and the result of it is fundamental .... IT'S MY INDIGNS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo desse local, fui duas vezes para fazer exame de ressonância e sinceramente nunca tive tanta raiva como eu tive nesse dia, além de ficar horas em espera, os atendentes não são bem informados. Um informa uma coisa ae vai na outra recepção informam outra. Cheguei no local para um dos atendimentos que eu precisava marcado para 14:15 cheguei no local 12:23 . Fiquei ate 15:00 horas sem atendimento e ainda não chamaram minha senha, colocaram uma pessoa ainda na minha frente. Se eu não tivesse ido atrás, nunca teria sido atendida e fui muito bem educada e paciente mas se fosse outra pessoa talvez nao teria. Ao perguntar se poderia outra pessoa pegar o exame me confirmaram que sim. Então pedi que os resultados também fossem em imagens pois iria levar para outro medico que não era do hapvida. Me deram prazo de dez dias, chegou o dia que seria hoje 01/04 meu noivo foi no local e simplesmente falam que nao podem dar porque não tem atendimento e não sabem se vai ter alguém amanhã no local. Gente como assim? Que falta de respeito é esse com o cliente, eu precisando urgentemente desse exame para resolver meu problema . Isso é de tirar o ser humano do serio.
Terrible service at this place, I went twice for an MRI exam and honestly I was never as angry as I was that day, in addition to being on hold for hours, the attendants are not well informed. One informs one thing and goes to the other reception to inform another. I arrived at the place for one of the appointments I needed scheduled for 14:15 I arrived at the place at 12:23. I stayed until 15:00 hours without service and they still didn't call my password, they put a person still in front of me. If I hadn't followed up, I would never have been attended to and I was very polite and patient, but if it had been someone else, maybe I wouldn't have. When I asked if someone else could take the exam, they confirmed that yes. So I asked that the results also be in images because I would take it to another doctor who was not from hapvida. They gave me ten days, the day came that would be today 01/04 my fiance went to the place and they simply say that they can't give it because there is no service and they don't know if there will be someone tomorrow at the place. People like that? What a lack of respect is this with the customer, I urgently need this exam to solve my problem. This is to take the human being seriously.
