★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das duas primeiras vezes tive um ótimo atendimento. Dos profissionais que fizeram meu cabelo e minha sobrancelha. Mas a recepção está deixando muito a desejar. Pessoalmente é um deboche. Pelo telefone, atendem e deixam esperando vários minutos. Quando retornam, fingem que não ouvem e desligam. Ligo de novo e é a mesma coisa. Melhor não atender o telefone, já que é pra ser assim. Péssimo.
The first two times I had a great service. From the professionals who did my hair and my eyebrows. But the reception is leaving a lot to be desired. Personally it is a mockery. On the phone, they answer and wait for several minutes. When they return, they pretend not to hear and hang up. I call again and it's the same thing. Best not to answer the phone, since that's what it's supposed to be. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no salão não consegui ser atendida pois a atendente alegou não ter horário disponível, mas os cabeleireiros (as) e manicures estavam na entrada do salão conversando pelo menos 1h assuntos particulares e no celular, somente três manicures trabalhavam no interior do salão o restante do lado de fora conversando, rindo, ... O momento que fiquei esperando observei vários clientes sendo dispensados pela recepção por não ter horário.
NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE SALÃO A NINGUÉM, MUITO DESRESPEITO AO CLIENTE. NÃO SÃO SOCIÁVEIS E NEM PROFISSIONAIS. AH PROTOCOLO DE SEGURANÇA PARA EVITAR CONTÁGIO DA COVID NÃO TEM POIS PROFISSIONAIS COM MÁSCARAS NO PESCOÇO OU SEM... NÃO RECOMENDO, PÉSSIMO...
I was at the salon I could not be attended because the attendant claimed not to have available time, but the hairdressers and manicurists were at the entrance of the salon talking for at least 1h private matters and on the cell phone, only three manicurists worked inside the salon the rest of the day. outside talking, laughing, ... The moment I was waiting I observed several customers being dismissed by the reception for not having a time.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE, VERY DISRESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER. THEY ARE NOT SOCIABLE OR PROFESSIONAL. AH SECURITY PROTOCOL TO AVOID COVID CONTAGION THERE ARE NO PROFESSIONALS WITH MASKS ON THE NECK OR WITHOUT... I DO NOT RECOMMEND, BAD...

Já fiz escova sem formol em outros salões e nunca tive um resultado ruim. Sempre prancharam meu cabelo em mechas FINAS e lavavam no final e secavam para mostrar o resultado, o que não foi feito neste salão.
Quando fui lavar o cabelo em casa, vi que a parte de trás estava toda ondulada. Não é um serviço barato, não questionei o valor e paguei, esperava no mínimo um bom resultado. Foi dinheiro jogado fora.
I was in the salon to do a progressive brush.
I've done a brush without formaldehyde in other salons and I've never had a bad result. They always straightened my hair in FINE strands and washed it at the end and dried it to show the result, which was not done in this salon.
When I went to wash my hair at home, I saw that the back was all wavy. It's not a cheap service, I didn't question the value and paid, I expected at least a good result. It was wasted money.
