Colchão Ecolinho.
Primeiro que o vendedor ficou falando que o colchão era bom e vendia pra “gordo” inclusive o “gordo”(cliente que estava na loja) acabou de comprar. Comentário desnecessário e anti ético.
Segundo que qdo o colchão chegou veio com o Box em corino e pedi em tecido.
Terceiro pedi a base (os pés) de plástico e veio madeira.
O entregador educadamente entrou em contato com o vendedor e ele falou comigo que não lembrava dessas solicitações, mas que faria as trocas na segunda feira, ficando a base de corino e levando de volta os pés de madeira.
Chegou na terça feira o Box em tecido da marca sonho líder que não é a marca da nota fiscal. Qdo coloquei o colchão em cima do Box ele e um pouco maior que a base, não sendo então adequado para o colchão e não trouxeram nenhum pezinho. E ainda falaram com minha filha que eu tenho que buscar na loja. O erro foi do vendedor que não repassou as informações corretas. Pq eu tenho que ficar com essa dor de cabeça?

First, the seller kept saying that the mattress was good and sold to "fat" including the "fat" (customer who was in the store) just bought. Unnecessary and unethical comment.
Second, when the mattress arrived, it came with a Corino Box and I asked for it in fabric.
Third, I ordered the plastic base (feet) and wood came.
The delivery man politely got in touch with the seller and he told me that he didn't remember these requests, but that he would make the exchanges on Monday, getting the base of corino and taking back the wooden feet.
On Tuesday, the Box made of fabric from the leading dream brand, which is not the mark on the invoice, arrived. When I placed the mattress on top of the Box, it was a little bigger than the base, so it was not suitable for the mattress and they did not bring any little feet. And they even told my daughter that I have to pick it up at the store. The error was made by the seller who did not provide the correct information. Why do I have to have this headache?
