★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo de 2020 comprei um colchão King , nesta loja com o Sr. Yure , com pagamento a vista e com um atendimento impecável até então.
Assim que recebi o colchão informei a ele que o mesmo apresentava um barulho terrível e desagradável, barulho este confirmado por eles, através do Sr. Marco, proprietário da Di Marco colchões.
Após muito insistir, consegui que a fábrica fizesse um vistoria no colchão, onde foi identificado um afundamento de cada lado e que o barulho seria do box da cama.
Mesmo assim não apresentaram nenhuma solução
Liguei hj na fábrica da sankonfort e informei para o Sr Vitor que o afundamento aumento muito....palavras do mesmo , simplesmente acabou a garantia e NÃO posso fazer nada.
MAS LEMBRANDO QUE OS PROBLEMAS SURGIRAM LOGO APÓS À ENTREGA DO MESMO.
INFELIZMENTE NA HORA DA VENDA, MIL MARAVILHAS, NA HORA DOS PROBLEMAS O CLIENTE É QUE SE VIRE.
O QUE ESTOU RELAXANDO ESTA EM VÁRIOS ZAP COM OS PROPRIETÁRIOS DÊS DO INÍCIO.

In the beginning of 2020 I bought a King mattress, in this store with Mr. Yure, with cash payment and with an impeccable service until then.
As soon as I received the mattress, I informed him that it had a terrible and unpleasant noise, which they confirmed through Mr. Marco, owner of Di Marco Mattresses.
After a lot of insisting, I managed to get the factory to inspect the mattress, where a sinking was identified on each side and that the noise would be from the bed box.
Even so, they did not present any solution.
I called today at the sankonfort factory and informed Mr Vitor that the sinking had increased a lot....the same words, the warranty simply ended and I CANNOT do anything.
BUT REMEMBERING THAT THE PROBLEMS ARISED SHORTLY AFTER THE SAME DELIVERY.
UNFORTUNATELY AT THE TIME OF SALE, A THOUSAND WONDERS, AT THE TIME OF PROBLEMS, THE CUSTOMER IS THE ONE THAT TURNS AROUND.
WHAT I AM RELAXING IS IN SEVERAL ZAP WITH THE OWNERS SINCE THE BEGINNING.
I DO NOT REFER THIS MATTRESS BRAND TO ANYONE.

Uma vendedora de cabelo preto grande, não queria nem tirar o plástico do colchão para avaliarmos a qualidade do produto com cara de nojo e zero simpatia, não sabia nem explicar o material do colchão.
Poor service from the store.
A saleswoman with long black hair, didn't even want to take the plastic off the mattress to assess the quality of the product with a disgusted face and zero sympathy, she couldn't even explain the mattress material.
