Na compra de 1.5 mt de areia lavada usei com traço de 2.5 carrinho de mão por um saco de cimento e quando secou ficou soltando todo contra piso. Fui reclamar com a atendente que se dizia responder como gerente, e me informando que foi motivo de traço mal feito. Eu acredito que a areia estava contaminada com óleo ou detergente pois o cimento não pega nem com traço forte . Conclusão da história ; Perdi 1.5 metro de areia e mais ou menos 10 sacos de cimento comprado neste estabelecimento e a gerente nem se quer quis fazer uma visita no local onde foi usado o material. Comprei madeira pro telhado que só faltou virar uma letra S e a pedra zero que pedi veio pedra n° 1 e tem uma atendente que na maioria das vezes que fui lá se encontra com celular ao invés de dar atenção ao cliente.
Very disappointed with the service and products offered. I believe that the sand was contaminated with oil or detergent because the cement does not stick even with a strong trace. Conclusion of the story; I lost 1.5 meters of sand and about 10 bags of cement bought at this establishment and the manager didn't even want to pay a visit to the place where the material was used. I bought wood for the roof that only needed to become a letter S and the zero stone I ordered came from stone n ° 1 and has an attendant who most of the time I went there meets with a cell phone instead of paying attention to the customer.
