Quality materials, very good service, but the delivery was terrible, they delivered to the wrong place, I had to get angry several times until the material was delivered, I bought it on Friday and it was only delivered on Tuesday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tinha uma mulher e um homem atendendo. Ao entrar ao invés de falar “boa tarde em que posso ajudar?” Disseram “o que é senhora?” Fora outras coisas. Vi boa avaliação no Google mas não tive a mesma sorte, infelizmente. Porque isso acaba fazendo com que o cliente não se sentir à vontade para voltar.
Terrible attendance. There was a woman and a man attending. When entering instead of saying “good afternoon, how can I help?” They said, "What are you ma'am?" Apart from other things. I saw a good review on Google but I didn't have the same luck, unfortunately. Because this ends up making the customer not feel comfortable coming back.
