★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao cliente péssimo, mesmo assim manipulei um medicamento e quando fui solicitar o orçamento de outro (via WhatsApp, como orientado), sequer me responderam. Enviei outras mensagens e nada. Não querem vender, só pode. Não compro mais nada na farmácia. Deveriam tratar o consumidor com mais respeito e responsabilidade.
Poor customer service, I still handled one medication and when I went to request another's budget (via WhatsApp, as directed), they did not even respond to me. I sent other messages and nothing. They do not want to sell, they just can. I do not buy anything else at the pharmacy. They should treat the consumer with more respect and responsibility.
