★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma vistoria cautelar de um FIT 2015 e foi reprovado porque estava sem uma etiqueta na caixa de câmbio. O vistoriador, Bruno, alegou suspeita de adulteração, que o câmbio provavelmente havia sido trocado e que eu deveria comprar outra caixa com nota fiscal para poder regularizar. Achei estranho porque o carro tinha sido de uma amiga que pegou zero na HONDA. Eu ainda mostrei uma outra vistoria realizada em SP, 6 meses antes, que estava exatamente igual, mas aprovado. Resumindo, fui até a ccs Honda, 2 empresas de vistorias e ainda consultei um engenheiro mecânico que acharam estranho ter sido reprovado. No final tive que ir até uma oficina de confiança escolhida pelo comprador onde se verificou que todos os elementos de fixação que dariam acesso caixa de câmbio estavam intactas, assim como saem de fábrica, indicando que nunca mexido. Ou seja, total falta de conhecimento dos profissionais dessa empresa. Resumindo, as ranhuras na peça seria uma parte do processo de tratamento da fábrica que normalmente é feito para dar melhor aderência às etiquetas. Como a etiqueta caiu, provavelmente por intemperíes e aquecimento natural da peça, deixou as ranhuras expostas, apontadas por essa empresa como uma adulteração. Enfim, dinheiro jogado fora.
I went to do a precautionary inspection of a 2015 FIT and it was disapproved because it didn't have a tag on the gearbox. The inspector, Bruno, alleged suspicion of tampering, that the exchange had probably been changed and that I should buy another box with an invoice to be able to regularize it. I found it strange because the car had belonged to a friend who got zero at HONDA. I also showed another inspection carried out in SP, 6 months before, which was exactly the same, but approved. In short, I went to ccs Honda, 2 inspection companies and even consulted a mechanical engineer who thought it was strange to have failed. In the end I had to go to a trusted workshop chosen by the buyer where it was verified that all the fastening elements that would give access to the gearbox were intact, as well as leaving the factory, indicating that they had never been tampered with. In other words, there is a complete lack of knowledge of the professionals in this company. In short, the grooves in the part would be a part of the factory treatment process that is normally done to give better adhesion to the labels. As the label fell, probably due to weathering and natural heating of the piece, it left the grooves exposed, identified by this company as an adulteration. Anyway, money wasted.
