Devido a um funcionário me induzir ao erro dizendo que o kit da dove estava mais em conta, porém eu queria apenas o shampo grande e nesse kit, que o funcionário sugeriu o shampo era menor, só me atentei somente ao abrir a embalagem a qual não foi rasgada, apenas aberta por cima, produtos lacrados. Tentei a troca poucos minutos antes da compra. Sou cliente dessa loja, mais deixou a desejar.
Além de não oferecem cpf na nota.
Horrible, they lost the customer. Due to an employee misleading me by saying that the dove kit was more affordable, but I just wanted the big shampo and in that kit, which the employee suggested the shampo was smaller, I only noticed when opening the package that I didn't was torn, just opened on top, sealed products. I tried the exchange a few minutes before the purchase. I'm a customer of this store, more left to be desired.
Besides not offer cpf in the note.
