★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Fábio não é uma pessoa responsável, ele não da soluções aos problemas. Só é burocracia , interessado só no dinheiro e assinar um contrato mas depois de assinar o contrato. Nossa vc quase nem consegue fala com ele , não responde mensagens, não arruma os problemas da casa...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi ótima até fechar o contrato. Depois que assinei o contrato começou a enrolação. Demora pra responder às mensagens, tinha que ficar cobrando o boleto do aluguel todo santo mês, pq eles sempre mandavam em cima da data de vencimento. Depois que o contrato terminou emtrei em contato para a devolução do caução e enrolaram mais de 1 mês e 1 semana para me dar uma posição de quando o dinheiro seria devolvido. Liguei várias vezes e ninguém atendeu, mandei mensagens e ninguém respondeu, fui até a imobiliária para falar pessoalmente mas o "responsável" nunca estava no local. Finalmente recebi o extorno do caução depois de 1 mês e 18 dias depois de ter devolvido as chaves. Uma falta de respeito e consideração pelo cliente.
It was great to close the contract. After I signed the contract began the winding up. After the contract ended I contacted the return of the security deposit and rolled over 1 month and 1 week to give me a position of when the money would be returned. I called several times and nobody answered, texted and nobody answered, I went to the real estate to speak in person but the "responsible" was never on site. I finally received the extinction of the deposit after 1 month and 18 days after I returned the keys. A lack of respect and consideration for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento!!!! quando cheguei até eles eu estava desacreditado das minhas condições de compra de um imóvel, eles me orientaram e tive o privilégio de comprar meu imóvel , depois disso já realizei outros negócios de compra e venda de imóveis com eles e com relação a acessória a documentação desde bancos a cartórios não tive nenhum problema, sempre muito bem assessorado. Em função disso hoje eles cuidam da locação do meu imóvel, em todas as relações eles são muito assertivos.
