Fui a segunda pessoa do dia a ser atendida e o moço que me atendeu fez a ficha com o nome e a situação de castração errados, eu o avisei, ele consertou só o nome e deixou o restante errado, foi rude, não perguntou se eu tinha exame de imagem, enfim… Já no atendimento a vet principal sanou todas as minhas dúvidas e me orientou muito bem, enquanto as outras que pareciam estar aprendendo mantinham uma postura acusatória quase que o tempo todo (meu gato quebrou a perna). Mas O PIOR DE TUDO foi que no final do atendimento o hospital não tinha o necessário pra cirugia do meu gato - além da postura acusatória, da falta de interesse em preencher uma ficha, o local ainda não disponibilizava a cirurgia E ADIVINHA QUEM TINHA O MATERIAL NECESSÁRIO???? isso mesmo, o anclivepa popular PAGO rs Fui até lá e o ortopedista não estava, mas só para saber o preço que seria a cirurgia eu teria que pagar uma outra consulta (70 REAIS), eu tava com o encaminhamento do próprio anclivepa NA MÃO!!!! e Pra finalizar: cheguei lá na porta as 20h e devo ter ido embora meio-dia, fui a segunda pessoa a ser atendida, fiz todos os procedimentos e saí de lá frustrada, triste e com meu gato do mesmo jeito que entrou, foi uma experiência muito infeliz, apesar de eu ter feito amizades muito boas na fila, todo mundo se ajudou ali, foi muito incrível. Essa foi minha experiência, as duas estrelas são por ter passado a madrugada com desconhecidos sensacionais e pelo radiologista, que era bem gente fina.

But THE WORST OF ALL was that at the end of the service, the hospital did not have the necessary for the surgery of my cat - in addition to the accusatory posture, the lack of interest in filling out a form, the place still did not offer the surgery AND GUESS WHO HAD THE NEEDED MATERIAL???? that's right, the popular anclivepa PAGO lol I went there and the orthopedist was not there, but just to know the price of the surgery I would have to pay another consultation (70 reais), I had the anclivepa referral IN HAND!!!! and To finish: I arrived at the door at 8 pm and I must have left at noon, I was the second person to be attended, I did all the procedures and left there frustrated, sad and with my cat the same way he came in, it was an experience very unhappy, although I made very good friends in the queue, everyone helped each other there, it was very incredible. That was my experience, the two stars are for having spent the night with sensational strangers and for the radiologist, who was very nice.

É um descaso total tanto com nosso bixinho e com a gnt ser humano. Pra conseguir as 20 fichas que são liberadas as 7 da manhã você precisa começar a chegar as 20hrs na fila que fica em uma calçada super perigosa por sinal, sem cobertura, jogada no chão, e pra piorar do lado de um av super perigosa que a toda momento fica passando caminhão e carros super rápidos. Fui com meu cachorrinho ontem as 22 hrs ( pra fila ) e só conseguir ser atendida hoje as 10:30 da manhã.. e só conseguir ser atendida esse horário pq fui atrás de alguma veterinária pq meu cachorrinho esta mto mal e era pra ser atendido como urgência. Ele está com problema nos rins e não come, não bebe, e nao faz xixi a 4 dias, e pra piorar não consegue andar. Pra finalizar: conseguir passar com a veterinária e ela só podia dar soro pra ele e eu teria que levá-lo embora. Sendo que ele estava precisando de uma sonda urgente e de uma internação. É mto triste ?, é um descaso total.

Tive que viver pessoalmente o caos que é esse atendimento (gratuito) pago por nós contribuintes,depois de aguardar por 3 horas fui atendido por uma veterinária q disee q o caso nao era grave e devia voltar outro dia as 10 da noite passar a madrugada e tentar uma das 20 senhas distribuidas diariamente pra entrar na fila da cirurgia pra retirada do tumor.desisto .. vou publicar todas as 6 vezes q fui procurar atendimento sem sucesso,só paliativo... recorrer pra quem ?

In Sao Paulo, animals are allowed to be transported in train/metro from 4:40 to 6am and from 10am to 6pm.
