★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, ao ligar me atenderam e me deixaram falando sozinho! e presencialmente eles te ignoram quando você começa a falar para falar com outra pessoa quando chega na loja.

Ótima variedade de produtos e o melhor preço da minha pesquisa. Entretanto vou justificar minha nota 3: vários funcionários trabalhando sem máscara, conversando dentro e fora da loja. Alguns deles inclusive não estavam com o uniforme, não sei se eram proprietários. Isso é decepcionante!
Marcelo's face-to-face and distance service deserves a score of 10.

Terrible. A simple p10 connector change took 1H00 to do. It took 20 to 30 min. The two times I had to do cable there was the same way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voltei hoje à loja, porque já a conhecia (comprei uns cabos há um tempo). O atendimento do vendedor Marcel foi bastante interessado e atencioso, assim como o de Evandro (da expedição), que foi muito bem humorado, educado e atenciosos, e do Azevedo (que montou os cabos), que também se mostrou acessível ao cliente (vi isto no atendimento de outros também). E, pra finalizar, tem um gato simpático que circula por lá.
Portanto, recomendo, seja pela qualidade do atendimento como também pelas boas opções.
I went back to the store today, because I already knew it (I bought some cables a while ago).
