Enfim gostei muito da loja.

Adquiri acessórios na loja no valor de R$ 613,00. Os funcionários ali presentes não me devolveram o dinheiro uma vez que paguei no cartão de crédito, apenas me ofereceram descontos sobre outro produto q levei na loja e acabei por adquirir um produto de maior valor. Um dos funcionários discutiu comigo, não tendo equilíbrio emocional algum para atender mulheres, ainda devido a discussão cheguei atrasada em meu trabalho e fui chamada a atenção por meu superior imediato. Além do dano material ainda sofri dano psicológico uma vez que sai de lá chorando. Como eu tinha ido no dia 28/12/21 o atendimento foi bom sim, só mudou quando eu percebi o valor cobrado pela rede que seria cortesia, aí os ânimos mudaram. Tenho como provar pois tenho a nota e quando devolvi a rede tinha uma pessoa em questão me acompanhando como prova. Devolvi a REDE e não me devolveram o dinheiro. Espero que o dono da loja tome a devida providência com seu respectivo funcionário. Um educado e o outro totalmente desequilibrado. Quero meu DINHEIRO DE VOLTA. Só fui a está loja devido as boas avaliações do site. Totalmente arrependida hj.
I was poorly attended at this store, on 01/05/2022, where I was given a gift, a NET for a motorcycle where I was charged the amount of R$ 10.00 and I only saw it later. I purchased accessories in the store worth R$ 613.00. The employees there didn't give me the money back once I paid by credit card, they just offered me discounts on another product I took in the store and I ended up buying a higher value product. One of the employees argued with me, not having any emotional balance to attend to women, yet due to the discussion I arrived late in my work and was called to the attention by my immediate superior.
