Ao chegar na outlet eles me explicaram todo o procedimento e pude acompanhar de perto todo o percuso para sanar o meu problema. Além da troca de pneu ele indentificou um parafuso solto na suspensão que poderia me envolver em um acidente a qualquer momento. Fiquei aliviada pois, dias antes passamos no mecânico que disse que era uma peça e até hj não encontramos esta tal peça ou seja... Após ser bem atendida por todos os funcionários presente no dia 02/10/2021, sai com o carro mega feliz, pois me devolveu o conforto e confiança em voltar para minha rotina do dia. Gratidão equipe, recomendo o trabalho de vocês!!! Gratidão gerente Fabiano por toda atenção e profissionalismo!!!
I was immensely happy with the result of my care. I spoke with Fabiano over the phone, who was attentive, polite and professional. Upon arriving at the outlet, they explained the entire procedure to me and I was able to closely follow the entire route to remedy my problem. In addition to changing the tire, he identified a loose suspension bolt that could involve me in an accident at any time. I was relieved because, days before, we went to the mechanic who said it was a part and until today we haven't found this part, that is... After being well attended by all the employees present on 10/02/2021, she left with the mega car happy, because it gave me back the comfort and confidence to get back to my daily routine. Precisei voltar para refazer o serviço

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria só fazer as trocas dos pneus porém não demorou muito falaram que eu tinha que fazer cambagem eu fiz suspensão todo original não tem 15 falei faça só alinhamento quando eu peguei o carro achei estranho levei no centro automotivo da minha confiança não tinha sido feito o alinhamento ou seja paguei 70 reais por um serviço não feito
I just wanted to change the tires but it didn't take long they said I had to do some camber I did the suspension all original I don't have 15 I said just do alignment when I got the car I thought it was strange I took it to the automotive center of my trust the alignment had not been done i.e. I paid 70 reais for a service not done
