Despreparados para garantir uma boa experiência pro cliente! Nunca mais uso!
I always use to wear social shirts. Today I had the absurd surprise of five BURNED shirts and the owner of the store still, in bad faith, said that they were already like that when I delivered it, although they always see the clothes delivered and no one has said anything.
Unprepared to ensure a good customer experience! Never use it again!

Ocorre que fui tão mal atendido pelo senhor que atende no Whats que parecia que ele estava fazendo um favor em me atender. Extremamente mal educado e grosso.
Por causa desse primeiro atendimento passarei longe dessa lavanderia e recomendo que outras pessoas façam o mesmo.
Fica a pergunta: como uma empresa é capaz de espantar o cliente no primeiro atendimento?
I was looking for a laundry in the area because I often use this service. I found Laundry Anil & Cia on Google and searched for more information on whats.
As it turns out, I was so poorly attended to by the Whats gentleman that he looked like he was doing me a favor. Extremely rude and rude.
Because of this first call I will move away from this laundry and recommend that other people do the same.
The question remains: How can a company scare the customer on first call?
