★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para que fosse aplicado a V5 no meu gato e aplicaram a V4, cobrando o valor da V5. Ao questionar, disseram ser o protocolo vacinal que eles fazem. Em momento algum essa informação foi passada durante a vacinação e como tenho um gato FELV em casa, me desloquei até lá justamente por ser um dos lugares que tinha a V5 disponível. Dá pra perceber que é o tipo de estabelecimento que faz o que pode para enganar e tirar dinheiro dos clientes.
update: o hospital me ligou e pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido, e me deram uma dose da vacina V5 pra quando meu gatinho puder tomar novamente.
 I asked for V5 to be applied to my cat and they applied V4, charging the value of V5. When questioned, they said it was the vaccination protocol they do. At no time was this information passed on during the vaccination and as I have a FELV cat at home, I went there precisely because it was one of the places that had V5 available. You can tell that it is the type of establishment that does what it can to deceive and take money from customers.
update: the hospital called me and apologized for what happened, and they gave me a dose of the V5 vaccine for when my kitten can take it again.

Levei meu cachorro em um retorno de uma cirurgia feita por eles, no primeiro atendimento disseram que era reação dos pontos, aquilo ulcerou, e eles me mandam passsar pomada, sem nada para dor. Quando ligo reclamando, pedem para voltar, toda hora um novo exame sem uma solução a contento.
Terrible! I took my dog to return from a surgery performed by them, in the first appointment they said it was a reaction of the stitches, it ulcerated, and they send me to apply ointment, without anything for pain. When I call complaining, they ask to come back, every time a new exam without a satisfactory solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O melhor Hospital veterinário. Sempre fomos muito bem recebido desde a recepção e aos médicos com todo carinho e respeito. Lugar super limpo, novo organizado, com profissionais experientes e desde então só levamos lá.
Levamos todos os nossos cachorros Hancock, Yuri e novo filhote Dante.
A única sugestão seria ter mais cadeiras para as pessoas que aguardam o atendimento, pois o lugar quando fica cheio, muitos ficam de pé, seria legal por um banco do lado de fora tbm.
The best Veterinary Hospital. We were always very well received from the reception and to the doctors with all affection and respect. Super clean place, new organized, with experienced professionals and since then we only take them there.
We take all our puppies Hancock, Yuri and new puppy Dante.
The only suggestion would be to have more chairs for people waiting for service, because when the place is full, many are standing, it would be nice to have a bench outside too.

No começo de 2021 o gato da minha mãe precisou de um procedimento e foi muito bem atendido por todos os médicos veterinários e as recepcionistas. Ali você sente que todos realmente gostam do que fazem e dos animais que tratam. Hoje tenho um filhote e estamos fazendo todo acompanhamento de vacinação lá e estamos muito satisfeitos. Recomendo!!
It is a hospital that has earned our trust. At the beginning of 2021 my mother's cat needed a procedure and was very well taken care of by all the vets and receptionists. There you feel that everyone really likes what they do and the animals they treat. Today I have a puppy and we are doing all the vaccination follow-up there and we are very satisfied. I recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nosso pequeno herói foi encontrado no asfalto frio de uma pequena estrada na região do aquário de Itaquera. Dava pra se ouvir o seu miado de longe. E ele estava faminto, com frio e com medo. Seus olhos estavam grudados ainda. Pouco antes, um caminhão quase passa por cima dele. Não pensamos duas vezes. Depois de ter passado por ele, parei o carro e dei ré até chegarmos até o pequeno gatinho. Lucas desceu do carro e o pegou. O bichinho estava apavorado e trêmulo. Decidimos na hora que o levariamos ao veterinário. E aqui estamos. Vamos cuidar dele, ver o que ele precisa. E depois iremos arrumar um bom coração ❤️, talvez uma família, que ame e respeite os animais. Quanto a quem fez essa maldade, não temos o que dizer. Em breve, mandaremos notícias sobre esse animalzinho, que ainda não tem nome, mas teve a sorte de ser resgatado a tempo. Ajudem-nos a encontrar alguém para adotá-lo. (Enquanto escrevia essa mensagem, encontramos um lar para nosso pequeno bichinho). Ah, e fomos muito bem atendidos aqui no veterinário. Excelente estrutura.
Our little hero was found on the cold asphalt of a small road in the region of the Itaquera aquarium. You could hear his meow from afar. And he was hungry, cold and scared. His eyes were still glued together. Just before, a truck almost runs over him. We don't think twice. After I got past him, I stopped the car and backed up until we got to the little kitten. Lucas got out of the car and picked it up. The pet was terrified and trembling. We decided right away that we would take him to the vet. And here we are. Let's take care of him, see what he needs. And then we will find a good heart ❤️, maybe a family, that loves and respects animals. As for who did this evil, we have nothing to say. Soon, we will send news about this little animal, which still has no name, but was lucky to be rescued in time. Help us find someone to adopt him. (While writing this message, we found a home for our little pet). Oh, and we were very well taken care of here at the vet. Excellent structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci o hospital perto do fim do ano, quando minha cachorra Cristal estava grave devido progressão de um câncer e precisou ficar internada, desde do primeiro contato com a Morgana na recepção muito simpática e muito clara nas informações solicitadas, os veterinários Samuel, Iury (que só conheci via tel para saber o resultado dos exames) e a Bianca e a todos os outros funcionários que conhecemos e que não sei o nome, minha enorme gratidão pelo cuidado, pelo respeito que tiveram com ela e comigo como tutora. Apesar de no dia 01/01/22 minha amada amiga ter partido, agradeço muito a Dra. Bianca que foi até o fim com a gente sempre com enorme carinho, respeito e clareza nas informações e a todos vocês meu muito obrigada por tudo!! Aos futuros clientes SUPER RECOMENDO este lugar que tratam com muito respeito e amor nossos animalzinhos e nós tutores. Ah! e com preços muito justos também ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu gatinho Benjamin tem problemas neurológicos e sempre que ele entra em crise, eu o levo para a clínica. Em uma de suas internações, liberaram até a visita da neuro para atendê-lo. Sei que foi uma excessão, mas foi muito bacana da parte de vcs. Meu gatinho é sempre tratado com muito carinho e respeito quando interna, a equipe, desde a recepção até os veterinários e a moça que leva cachorros para dar banho, é maravilhosa! Mandam boletins, fotos e deixam nosso coração sempre mais tranquilos nas internações. Eu indico esse lugar de olhos fechados! Parabéns pelo lindo trabalho em equipe dos funcionários da clínica!
