★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro o cuidado e o carinho que eles têm com o Hope. Já o deixei no hotel por um longo período e sinto que foi muito bem cuidado. Ele também já ficou algumas vezes no day play, sempre brinca muito e gasta bastante energia, uma pena ser longe de onde moramos, caso contrário deixaria todos os dias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cachorrinha Melissa já se hospedou algumas vezes no hotelzinho e por períodos longos. Sempre voltou bem cuidada e feliz para casa. Ela é idosa e eles tem um cuidado especial com ela. Se preocupam com a alimentação e dão um retorno rápido sobre como ela está durante a hospedagem. Também consigo vê-la pelas câmeras, o que é muito importante! Recomendo demais a Animal House!
My dog Melissa has stayed at the little hotel a few times and for long periods. She always returned home well cared for and happy. She is elderly and they take special care of her. They care about food and give quick feedback on how it is during the stay. I can also see her on the cameras, which is very important! I highly recommend Animal House!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre deixo o Fred com o pessoal da Animal House e é visível o quanto ele ama este lugar. Quando escuta “creche” já fica ansioso para ir, chega até a chorar quando tem que ir embora. Todos os monitores e funcionários são excelentes e muito atenciosos, sempre me dando feedback de como ele está. Me sinto extremamente segura e confortável em deixar Fred na Animal House, pois sei que ele se sente muito feliz e querido. Só tenho a agradecer o carinho e paciência com que tratam meu filho. Recomendo fortemente.
I always leave Fred with the Animal House people and it's clear how much he loves this place. When he hears “daycare” he is already anxious to go, he even cries when he has to leave. All the monitors and staff are excellent and very attentive, always giving me feedback on how he is doing. I feel extremely safe and comfortable leaving Fred at Animal House as I know he feels very happy and wanted. I just have to thank the affection and patience with which they treat my son. I strongly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos apaixonados pela Animal House! É como a segunda casa da nossa cachorra Birita. Todos tem muito carinho com os animais, são extremamente cuidadosos, preocupados e atenciosos. Na creche e no hotel, os cachorros tem brincadeira o tempo todo e são feitas atividades inclusive quando o tempo está chuvoso. Uma coisa que eu acho muito legal é que separam os cachorros e fazem um trabalho com eles pra baixar a adrenalina em um quarto mais escuro, quando tem troca de turno, entre manhã e tarde. Assim as brigas e estranhamento entre os que estão no local e os que chegam diminuem porque todos estão mais calmos. E o mais bacana é que tem câmera 24 horas, assim posso acompanhar o que está acontecendo com minha doguinha.
Não tenho nada a reclamar do banho, especialmente porque minha cachorra não volta pra casa toda emperequetada parecendo uma boneca.
We are passionate about Animal House! It's like our dog Birita's second home. Everyone has a lot of affection for the animals, they are extremely careful, concerned and considerate. At the day care center and at the hotel, the dogs play all the time and activities are carried out even when the weather is rainy. One thing that I think is really cool is that they separate the dogs and work with them to lower the adrenaline in a darker room, when there is a change of shift, between morning and afternoon. Thus, the fights and estrangement between those who are in the place and those who arrive decrease because everyone is calmer. And the coolest thing is that it has a 24-hour camera, so I can follow what is happening with my doggo.
I have nothing to complain about the bath, especially since my dog doesn't come home all dressed up looking like a doll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cachorrinha Amelie tinha um quadro severo de ansiedade de separação (e eu tbm rs) O carinho e a paciência da equipe da Animal House foram essenciais para minimizar essa ansiedade. A equipe sempre dava feedback de como foi caminhando a adaptação dela, gradativamente, e a evolução em relação a nossa separação. Fizemos tudo respeitando o tempo dela para que a adaptação fosse tranquila em razão do quadro de ansiedade.. e foi mesmo! Hoje quando Amelie escuta a palavra creche já vai pra porta esperando que a leve pra lá! Amelie já entra correndo na creche, super animada e feliz. É um ponto de apoio muito importante pra mim poder contar com a creche sabendo que ela se diverte! Pro processo de socialização com outros cachorros também foi muito bom! Hoje ela consegue interagir com outros cachorros nos passeios, no parque.. sem medo! Melhorou d+ em vários sentidos! A animal house é um ambiente seguro com profissionais carinhosos e que nos transmite segurança em todo o processo! A possibilidade de acompanhamento pelas câmeras também é excelente! Só tenho a agradecer!
My dog Amelie had severe separation anxiety (and so did I lol) The affection and patience of the Animal House team were essential to minimize this anxiety. The team always gave feedback on how her adaptation was progressing, gradually, and the evolution in relation to our separation. We did everything respecting her time so that the adaptation was smooth due to the anxiety condition.. and it was! Today when Amelie hears the word crèche, she goes to the door waiting for him to take her there! Amelie already runs into the daycare, super excited and happy. It is a very important point of support for me to be able to count on the day care center knowing that it has fun! It was also very good for the socialization process with other dogs! Today she can interact with other dogs on walks, in the park.. without fear! Improved d+ in many ways! The animal house is a safe environment with caring professionals that gives us security throughout the process! The possibility of monitoring by cameras is also excellent! I just have to say thank you!

Hoje continua sendo importante, pois, com a volta ao trabalho presencial, vou para o trabalho tranquila com a certeza de que a Dakota estará em boas mãos e terá seu desenvolvimento estimulado. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já deixei a minha cachorrinha mais de uma vez no hotelzinho e AMO o serviço deles. Os monitores, além de muito atenciosos e carinhosos, são bastante vigilantes quanto ao aumento de ânimo de alguns cães, o que me deixa segura de não haver muitas brigas.
Minha cadela é idosa e de apartamento, mas fica num ambiente seguro onde consegue se socializar com outros cães.
Foi indicação de uma cliente da minha adestradora e indico MUITO.
Eles tem um sistema de monitoramento por câmera que vc pode acompanhar o dog pelo celular e é tudo de bom, quando não tinha nada pra fazer na viagem, a gente ficava vendo ela brincar.
