Não då opção de retirada do material, não då prazo de entrega estimado...
Péssimo, péssimo!
 Terrible, company does not send Order status updates, they say 16 days of delivery time, but I am 4 days away from the deadline and so far my order has not even entered for separation, website does not work.
No option to withdraw the material, no estimated delivery time...
Bad, bad!

Os livros sĂŁo bons, mas o esquema de entrega Ă© a pior de todas que jĂĄ vi!!!! Direito do consumidor, nĂŁo respeitam!!! NĂŁo indico! Vc sabe que o barato com desconto sai caro. Os alunos que sĂŁo prejudicados, e eles ligam? VĂŁo falar que a culpa ainda Ă© nossa.
They are terrible at delivery, they don't respect students, parents don't recommend delivery if I could pick up on the spot. The books are good, but the delivery schedule is the worst I've ever seen!!!! Consumer rights, they don't respect!!! I do not recommend! You know that discount cheap is expensive. Students who are harmed, and do they care? They'll say it's still our fault.

â â â â â Demora demais com a entrega, liguei antes de efetuar a compra a vendedora me garantiu que com 4 dias me entregariam os livros . E jĂĄ sĂŁo 16 dias e nada .... e ainda mentem falam que foi postado um dia e quando estĂĄ do dia do prazo acabar que postam . E com isso as começou e minha filha fica sem livro .
Sesi deveria desfazer essa parceria horrĂvel.
It takes too long with the delivery, I called before making the purchase the seller assured me that in 4 days they would deliver the books to me. And it's been 16 days and nothing .... and they still lie they say it was posted one day and when the deadline is over they post. And with that they started and my daughter is left without a book.
Sesi should undo this horrible partnership.

â â â â â O atendimento Ă© muito ruim, com muito atraso no prazo de entrega e sem dar feedback ao cliente sobre o motivo do atraso. O atendimento por telefone deixa muito a desejar, transferindo a ligação diversas vezes atĂ© conseguir falar com um atendente. A logĂstica de entrega da empresa Ă© bem fraca e deve ser melhorada, sendo que possuem opção apenas de Sedex.
The service is very bad, with a lot of delay in the delivery time and no feedback to the customer about the reason for the delay. The phone service leaves a lot to be desired, transferring the call several times until I can talk to an attendant. The company's delivery logistics are very weak and should be improved, as they only have a FedEx option.

Company in BH.....customer in BH.....all right, pademiiiiia....lĂĄlĂĄlĂĄ....you can't come to pick up the material.......there they charge you a SEDEXXXXX... .this, SEDEX, which takes 16 days to deliver.....you'll excuse me right.....LOGISTICS isn't cool!
