A loja tem um excelente atendimento, consegui pesquisar o que queria, obtive ajuda da atendente, comprei, realizei o cadastro e ainda sobraram 9 minutos, dos 20 min de franquia do estacionamento. Que ainda deu para ir só pegar a coisa num farmácia. A loja boa, bastante variedade e preços muito pouco acima da internet. Então vale a pena. O terrível é a escolha da loja de vender pets, eles fazem programa de adoções. Mas apenas sou contra a compra. Já adotei 2 e salvei tantos outros e arranjei um lar. Não comprem animais.
Don't buy, Adopt! The store has excellent service, I managed to search for what I wanted, I got help from the attendant, I bought it, I registered and still had 9 minutes left, out of the 20-minute parking allowance. That I could still go and get the thing at a pharmacy. Good store, plenty of variety and prices very little above the internet. So it's worth it. The terrible thing is the store's choice to sell pets, they have an adoption program. But I'm just against buying. I've adopted 2 and saved so many others and got a home. Don't buy animals.

Estive hoje dia 27/11, na loja do RioMar Kennedy para serviço de banho e tosa na minha Shitzu Meggie . Meggie foi entregue para o serviço de banho e tosa as 12:00 prazo de entrega para as 14:30 ou no máximo as 15:00, prazo que já é um absurdo! Voltei as 15:20 e fui informada que ela havia acabado de entrar para o banho e NÃO TINHA PREVISÃO DE ENTREGA.
Um absurdo, pagar o valor o 116,00 num serviço e não ter o cumprimento do prazo que em si já é um absurdo! Além, do tempo perdido e a falta de informação por parte da equipe da Animalle do RioMar Kennedy!
