★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que EU levo minha york pra banhar lá, da última vez além de ter saído com irritação na pele ela saiu com as unhas cortando a gente. HOJE 08/04/2022, antes de deixá-la novamente, avisei sobre as unhas e uma mulher que estava no atendimento disse que sempre faziam, sendo que da primeira vez saiu arranhando. E novamente as unhas saíram arranhando muito mais que da primeira vez. Quando eu fui relatar o fato ocorrido fui tratado com muita arrogância pelo PROPRIETÁRIO Sr. Marcelo, mesmo quando eu discorri sobre o acontecido, dizendo que as unhas não haviam sido bem serradas e O MESMO me respondeu que FORAM MUITO BEM SERRADAS e ainda ficou batendo boca comigo pelo WhatsApp. Prestem atenção onde vocês levam seu pet, erros podem acontecer, somos humanos. Mas arrogância, prepotência, despreparo é difícil de lhe dar! Pode ter certeza que onde eu tiver oportunidade de contar o que houve aí, irei fazer. Inclusive nos grupos de Pets e nem pelo erro em si. Mas pela arrogância do PROPRIETÁRIO! Pois pelo visto lá é tudo perfeito!

When I went to report the event I was treated with great arrogance by the OWNER Mr. Marcelo, even when I talked about what had happened, saying that the nails had not been well sawed and the SAME replied that THEY WERE VERY WELL SAVED and still kept talking to me on WhatsApp. Pay attention to where you take your pet, mistakes can happen, we are human. But arrogance, arrogance, unpreparedness is hard to give him! You can be sure that where I have the opportunity to tell you what happened there, I will. Even in the groups of Pets and not because of the error itself. But by the arrogance of the OWNER! Well, it looks like everything is perfect there!
