Dra Ana Paula e Dr Alan atenderam bem mas essa outra não pode nem ser chamada de veterinária pq ela nem gosta de cachorro!!! Um absurdo!!!

Vejo comentários repetitivos das mesmas pessoas falando mal da Clínica e Profissionais, eu só tenho agradecer, minha cunhada precisou de atendimento para seu animal e foi tudo perfeito, prontamente atendida pelo Dr. Igor Dias que mostrou interesse e carinho solicitando exames com diagnóstico preciso, ficou internado por poucos dias e com ótima evolução, teve alta e está super bem (com um carinho a mais, o Médico acompanha o pós avaliando o animal) Parabéns ao Doutor e a Clínica que dispõe de uma equipe maravilhosa e grande estrutura.
Good night! I see repetitive comments from the same people speaking ill of the Clinic and Professionals, I just have to thank you, my sister-in-law needed care for her animal and everything was perfect, promptly assisted by Dr. Igor Dias who showed interest and affection, requesting tests with a precise diagnosis, she was hospitalized for a few days and with excellent evolution, he was discharged and is doing very well (with a little extra affection, the Doctor monitors the post, evaluating the animal) Congratulations to the Doctor and the Clinic that has a wonderful team and great structure.

Ele teve uma parada cardiorrespiratória de madrugada e o veterinário que me atendeu agiu rápido e com excelência! Super recomendo a clínica Animais!
I think it's a great veterinary clinic, it has many excellent vets! I have a 17-year-old dog who, thanks to the care of the clinic's veterinarians, is still with me today! He had a cardiorespiratory arrest at dawn and the vet who attended me acted quickly and with excellence! I highly recommend the Animal Clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha gata Pérola deu entrada na clínica dia 18/12 e foi atendida pelo Dr Igor Dias que ao examinar apresentou diagnóstico mantendo a na clínica até a sua recuperação. Deu alta hospitalar com medicamentos prescritos que deram ótimos resultados. O médico em questão foi muito atencioso e cuidadoso com ela. Foi acertivo no diagnóstico e competente no tratamento. Tem acompanhado a evolução quanto aos medicamentos trazendo tranquilidade e confiança pós o atendimento. Dra Luna também soma a equipe com sua competência e atenção no atendimento!

My cat Pérola was admitted to the clinic on 12/18 and was seen by Dr Igor Dias who, when examining her, presented a diagnosis, keeping her in the clinic until her recovery. He was discharged from the hospital with prescription drugs that gave excellent results. The doctor in question was very considerate and careful with her. He was correct in diagnosis and competent in treatment. It has followed the evolution regarding medications, bringing peace of mind and confidence after the service. Dr Luna also adds the team with her competence and attention to service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrema falta de comprometimento. Na madrugada do dia 12/03, especificamente por volta das 03:40, estava com o meu pet debilitado e precisando de atendimento de emergência. Procurei por clínicas que funcionassem 24h na zona sul de juiz de fora. Verifiquei que a clínica Animais estaria aberta, por se apresentar como clínica 24h. Ao chegar no local, tentei contato pelo interfone e também pelo telefone, aproximadamente 20min. Fui embora do local, não tive atendimento algum, e corri sérios riscos no tratamento da enfermidade do meu pet. Se a clínica se apresenta como 24h, deveriam ter profissionais presentes na clínica??? Se querem "vender" o nome de clínica 24h, minimamente deveriam oferecer seus serviços em tempo integral. Não foi o meu caso, porém, em caso de extrema urgência, o fato de não ter atendimento poderá acarretar em uma fatalidade. Não quero explicações da Clínica. Experiência totalmente traumática. Aos possíveis usuários, estejam atentos. Não me parecem nada confiáveis.
Extreme lack of commitment. In the dawn of the 12/03th, specifically around 03:40, I had my pet weakened and in need of emergency care. I looked for clinics that were open 24 hours in the south zone of Juiz de Fora. I checked that the Animal clinic would be open, as it is a 24-hour clinic. Upon arriving at the place, I tried to contact the intercom and also by phone, approximately 20min. I left the place, I didn't have any care, and I took serious risks in the treatment of my pet's illness. If the clinic presents itself as 24h, should there be professionals present at the clinic??? If they want to "sell" the name of a 24h clinic, at least they should offer their services full time. It was not my case, however, in case of extreme urgency, the fact of not having care can lead to a fatality. I don't want explanations from the Clinic. Totally traumatic experience. To potential users, be aware. They don't look trustworthy to me.
