★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Agendei banho nos meus 2 pastores alemães as 14 hrs alguns dias atrás . Era uma sexta feira. Por volta das 14 30 oliguei para saber se nao iriam pegar os cachorros. O funcionario ou dono sei la por nome de Diego . Me disse que tinha esquecido de avisar que o motorista NÃO havia ido trabalhar neste dia. Total falta de responsabilidade com o cliente pois no sabado iria em uma exposição com os cachorros. Em plena sexta feira 15h tive que sair atrás de pet pra dar banho neles. Total despreparo e falta de compromisso e ética.
Terrible. I scheduled a bath with my 2 German Shepherds at 2pm a few days ago. It was a Friday. Around 2:30 pm I called to see if they were going to pick up the dogs. The employee or owner I know by the name of Diego. He told me he had forgotten to let me know that the driver had NOT come to work that day. Total lack of responsibility with the client because on Saturday I would go to an exhibition with the dogs. In the middle of Friday at 3 pm I had to go out looking for a pet to bathe them. Total unpreparedness and lack of commitment and ethics.
