★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro pra verificar barulho na suspensão e verificar todo sistema de suspensão, saindo de lá carro continuou com o mesmo defeito, levei em outro lugar e constataram que a base do amortecedor estava trincada,os dois dianteiros e os traseiros vazando óleo, arrumei, levei no anisio e após o funcionário questionar se gostei do serviço do mesmo, o profissional que executou achou ruim de ter falado que ficou horrível, mesmo comprovando por fotos e vídeos aonde estava o erro! Não aceitam criticas, e se recebe crítica te olha com cara feia! SERVIÇO PAGO! NÃO FOI POR “CORTESIA”!
I left my car to check the suspension noise and check the entire suspension system, leaving the car with the same defect, I took it elsewhere and found that the shock absorber base was cracked, both front and rear leaking oil, I fixed it, I took it to anisio and after the employee questioned whether I liked the service, the professional who performed it thought it was bad to have said that it was horrible, even proving by photos and videos where the error was! They do not accept criticism, and if they receive criticism they look at you with an ugly face! PAID SERVICE! IT WAS NOT FOR “COURTESY”!

Quando colocaram meu carro no alinhamento, foi visto que meu carro não precisava de alinhamento, porém eu já havia pago antecipado e o funcionário foi até o caixa e falou para a moça me devolver o valor referente ao alinhamento.
Fiquei muito feliz com a honestidade do estabelecimento, visto que não entendo nada de alinhamento eu poderia ter sido passado para trás.
Super recomendo essa empresa!
