The staff are very attentive and the bath and crib are of excellent quality. My Caby Boby feels at home. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento mt rapido, mas infelizmente não tive uma experiencia boa, além do meu cachorro voltar machucado no pescoço, ele não nos deixa carrega-lo e so fica debaixo da cama, ele nunca teve uma reação assim apos ir a Pet Shop !
Very fast service, but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience, besides my dog coming back injured in the neck, he doesn't let us carry him and just stays under the bed, he never had a reaction like that after going to the Pet Shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento exemplar, levamos nossa gatinha lá assim que a resgatamos e ela foi muito bem atendida e medicada, todas as vezes a veterinária de lá está disponível e super atenciosa com a gente e nossa gatinha.
Gostamos demais do lugar e damos preferência.
Exemplary service, we took our kitten there as soon as we rescued her and she was very well taken care of and medicated, every time the vet there is available and super helpful with us and our kitten.
We really like the place and give preference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cachorrinha tomou banho lá, me perguntaram se eu queria perfume e eu aceitei, porém o perfume que passaram nela é muito enjoativo, a cachorrinha ficou passando mal, espirrando e se limpando igual doida, liguei lá e esperava q eles resolvessem sei lá como, mas a única coisa q me falaram do uma moça q atendeu o telefone, me perguntou se eu queria que eles passassem uma toalha molhada nela, eu agradeçi e eu mesma fui dar outro banho. Péssimo atendimento quanto ao animal, se eu fosse que o cachorro estava passando mal esperava uma atenção maior da parte deles. Lamentável.
O rapaz q me atendeu excelente mas a moça que atendeu o telefone, atendimento péssimo!
My little dog took a bath there, they asked me if I wanted perfume and I accepted, but the perfume they gave her is very cloying, the little dog felt sick, sneezing and cleaning herself like crazy, I called there and hoped that they would decide I don't know how, but the only thing they told me was a girl who answered the phone, asked me if I wanted them to pass a wet towel on her, I thanked her and I went to give her another shower myself. Bad service as for the animal, if I was the dog was sick, I expected more attention from them. Unfortunate.
The guy who answered me was excellent, but the girl who answered the phone, the service was terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a primeira vez que eu e meu marido levamos nosso cachorro para tomar banho e tosa higienica fora de casa. A primeira experiência não foi nada legal. Ao busca-lo fui informada que meu cachorro tinha sido machucado na tosa, e estava ferido. Ao ser tosado tirou parte da pele da pata, perto da barriguinha. E ele é muito tranquilo, pequeno, 3 kgs, não é agitado, acredito ter sido falta de atenção e cuidado. Não voltarei a levar meu pet nesse pet shop.
It was the first time my husband and I had taken our dog for a bath and grooming outside. The first experience was not cool at all. Upon seeking him I was informed that my dog had been injured in the grooming and was injured. When it was trimmed it took part of the skin of the paw, near the belly. And he is very quiet, small, 3 kg, not agitated, I believe it was lack of attention and care. I will not take my pet back to this pet shop.
